The chosen profession for the future is HR, as there are various reason for which I am
interested in choosing this profession as per my career. A student who are just complete their
graduation and search different operations and reliability for the growth of their own future. This
is very important for the student to find out the best solution to get best opportunities and get
reliable approaches in their future (Chin and et.al., 2019). The growth in HR profession is related
to high growth in future, the chosen industry where I want to find out in teaching profession. As
the need of HR in the teaching profession is so high in demand and trending in future.

The use of HR profession within teaching filed is very important and trending in the
society. HR professional is the job which are keep updated an organisation that is actually related
to technological department, development, economic and globalisation change. This strem is all
related to the general concept of how teaching industry will work and retain the talent of
organisation. There are different trends and impact of the human resource profession within the
teaching industry. These are described below:
Creating flexible work schedule: This is very important in the teaching sector to make
something which is relevant to flexible work schedule. Flexibility in the working hours is
what an employee is actually want (Top 10 Workplace Trends for 2019, 2021). This is
because the increasing work pressure and time spending time on the educational institute
are relatively high than others. Regardless the age, gender and any other discrimination it
is important that they have to he life outside the job environment. So it is important for
the HR to provide relevant work culture for the growth of teaching sector.
Emphasis on learning: The trend of HR which are actually focusing on learning goals
and achieve sustainable approaches. This is the trend which is related to personal and
professional development (Héder and Dajnoki, 2017). This may include different type of
learning offers, extra pay on extra annual professional development course. And many
more things that can be relatable for the growth of business. So the HT profession is
