For this I have effective communication skills along with technical skills, observation skills.I also have an experience of 2-3 months as an intern within reputed company that helps me to provide the job within the HR profession effectively and efficiently. It is to be evaluated that within business school I have to participate in several activities where I would perform the role of handling team along with effective communication. Due to this my interested field is administrative assistant in HR. I want to work within any sector industry within HR profession. I also would prefer other people to do a job within HR profession as it is very interesting field. This also helps in enhancing the living standards of people. Hence, it is very effective job profile to develop the future professional career. Job Advert Tesco Plc, UK wants to hire an HR administrative assistant who has high talent and skills to handle the workforce of the company effectively and efficiently. Requirements of HR administrative are effective communication, basic observation skills, listening skills, team building skills. An individual also have a reputed business school degree to get the job in our company.
