INTRODUCTION
In the economy there different opportunities which are present for the individual so that they can
develop their career more effectively. It is important for students to take the right decision for
their careers so that they can lead to successful growth in future. In this report is marketing, is the
selected field which consists of a variety of career and growth opportunities in terms of different
rules and debts. I am a student of undergraduate looking for an career in marketing (Jon, 2020).
The following reports require different abilities and skills to fulfil certain roles and
responsibilities. It is being discussed in detail. This also includes current trends related to the
industry in the market.

The current business operation has several changes that are implemented in all areas. For these
changes, they bring new creative and innovative ways to the market. This report reports that the
chosen profession is marketing with high growth potential. There are many opportunities avail-
able in the area. So, some recent trends affecting the profession are discussed below.
Globalization: Defined as the relationship between businesses, individuals and govern-
ments of various countries. It reduced certain restrictions on international trade as it
helped conduct better relations in other countries. It is very easy to exchange a particular
product or service for another country. This includes technological advances favorable to
economic growth. Globalization is being considered for a very wide range of marketing
by enabling trans-border transactions (Tatiana, 2021). Marketers will develop their exist-
ing brand image to effectively reach international customers. In addition, overseas com-
panies offer products and services at low prices, which has increased competition due to
the effects of globalization. In this regard, global marketing has become a new trend that
influences all marketing practices in an efficient way
Technology: In the current situation, technology is one of the most important parts of the
enterprise. Almost all business activities are carried out only with the help of technology.
Looking at the marketing area, there are many innovative tools used to get better results
(Kudrinskaia, 2020.). Companies are now using a variety of digital approaches and online
platforms to drive their products on a large scale. Whether you're a small business or a
