INTRODUCTION The career viewpoint provide a better pathway from which friendly culture is developed by advancing e-learning, professional training and development and better accessibility of business. It is processed with the better flow of communication through which working skills, abilities, capabilities, attributes, knowledge, experience and performance level is enhances with continuity. It is a process that aid to achieve better heights in career as by analysing all the essential criteria and options in appropriate manner(Gati and Levin, 2015). As with the support of previous assignment it helped to achieve valuable heights in form of better success and development. I have better set of skills that helps me to worked over the pathway for marketing job role. The report consist of personal analysis, career action plan, curriculum vitae and a LinkedIn profile that assist to make better future. MAIN BODY Personal analysis The marketing is a basic phenomenon that is selected by the business in order to promote its offered product and service so that long term success and development is achieved with easiness or in timely basis. It has better influence over the targeted customers through which it is easy for business to attain both short and long term goals and objectives in effective and efficient manner. It is a field that make continuous development as the time passes or with the inducement of various technicalities. It generate more market opportunities so that an individual who has better interactive and presentation skills must have pursue its career in this field. It actually get foster the living standards by which sustained growth is measured within the career development through which it is easy to attain stability with better suitability. I have tries to make my career in this field as I know that I have balanced level of skills and abilities with this it is easy for me to make direct interaction in clear manner(Wynen, Op de Beeck and Ruebens,2015). I have manage balanced level of responsibilitiesthrough which moderateamount of changes is measured in my skills that is developed as per the gained experiences. Furthermore, there is different skills and abilities that is enhance my interest within the specified field is as explained below as: 1
Skills required Communication:It is a skills through which I have easily make clear and transparent interaction with the other individual's so that sustained clarity is developed in effective mode. It is essential for marketing manager to get relate themselves with the requirement of marketplace or with the choice of customers. In this it is comfortable for business to make long term connectivity by which sustained amount of relativeness is developed in sufficient mode. Team Leadership Skills:It is more essential that an individual who is working within the team must have manage each and every requirement of its team in effective manner so that productivity and profitability is attained in effective mode. It is promoted through the comfort coordination in between every team member so that accomplishment of standardised goals and target is achieved in efficient way. In a marketing sector it is essential that market attraction is developed with effectiveness(Jiang, 2017). In support of this skill I have make better assistance so that affordable interaction is processed that raised market attractiveness of business in ordinate mode. Continuous Improvement:It is a repetitive process under which I have make continuous advancement in my skills by enhancing and developing abilities over stipulated period of time. It actually promote the attractiveness in overall personality of mine through which I have get to learn various aspects on regular period of instance. It is also being used to measure certain zone of improvement through which working criteria and potential of mine is increases thus I am able to complete my working within timely constraint. Conflict Management:It is a technique under which I have manage to resolve all the complex situations which is generated as per the commencement of work and task(Malhotra and Dash,2016). As a marketing manager it is my duty to make everything clear and sustained so that it is easy for all the customer to get related themselves with business operations. Time management:It is a skills that is most essential and always be required while completing of working on any task and action. In this the overall working practices is managed under assigned period of time so that controlled outcome is developed. In the marketing field direct interaction is processed with the competitive marketplace. There is a lot of business and everyone work for to gain higher benefits in terms of sale and profit so that it is required that marketing is performed with better clarity. It make easy for business to get connect with and for this I have tries to segment each and every task within the stipulated time period. 2

It is also being used to promote and manage working surround and I have ensure that balanced positivity is developed within working standards. Weakness–It reflect different weaknesses that is required to be advanced and forthis I have worked harder and it is as illustrate below as: Time management:It is a skills in which every task is completed within the assigned period of time and for this I have make sure that task is assigned to each individual so that productive outcome is achieved(Murata and Nishimura, 2015). It is a weakness of mine as I am not able to divide task into equal slots and it create confusion while proceeding my work or a task. Influencing and negotiation skills:In support of this skill suitable presentation is processed in front of others so that balanced level of clarity is processed in ordinate mode. I have weaken influencing skills as I have not able to present myself in front of other. It is necessary skills that must be presented while working in marketing field. 3
Decision making:It is a skill under which suitable decision making is processed as with the customer and worked on to resolve different issues and problems of marketplace. It is a weakness of mine in which I am not able to make validate decisions while working with public or with other team members(Kotler and et. al., 2016). But I have worked for to enhance this skills so that it is easy to develop strategies through rate of market attractiveness is enhanced.
