INTRODUCTIONJob opportunity provides employment and more opportunities for people in the future. Ithelps in learning and increasing knowledge regularly. As knowledge can be enhanced bychanging the job as it provide information related to different fields. Different jobs are availablein the market that enhances more opportunities to the people (Amankwaa and Anku-Tsede,2015). If person is having good job then it has more opportunities to grow in future course ofaction. Career and job opportunities are related to each other as career is depended on the job thatwill help in increasing growth of an individual. As different skills are required for the position indifferent sector. Adaptability skills is necessary for accepting changes in the organization.Communication skill is necessary in Human resource field as it have to interact with the peopleat the time of interview. Organizational skills helps in taking decision, solving problem that isessential in handling different situation in the company. In this study I have gained knowledgeabout the recruitment, training and development and various HR activities in the company. This report covered personal analysis, career action plan, career viewpoint and the linkedIn profile of human resource. MAIN BODYPersonal AnalysisPersonal analysis is the phase that enhances through training and development of anindividual (Parks-Leduc, Feldman and Bardi, 2015). It is done to identify the strength, weakness,opportunities and threats of a person.My current skills include adaptability, communication, organizational, administrative andtime management skill. All these skills are very necessary for me as a HR. I have developed myadaptability skills by accepting the changes in the organization. As, it is essential to build anadaptability that helps in enhancing growth of an individual. I have also developedcommunication skill by interacting with employees and exchanging ideas with them. I think myorganizational skills is also developed as I am able to take decision and solving problem in thecompany. With this my administrative skill is also improved I am able to manage and controlpeople in the industry. I think these skills are necessary for me to do improvement in the field ofhuman resource. I have learned about how to manage time in the industry while doingmultitasking work at a particular point of time. I have gained many skills and knowledge in theindustry. I learned many new things as I have not known to them earlier so I get evolved more to1

gain more knowledge and skill.I have gained knowledge regarding different software that isbeing used in the industry. I am getting knowledge about different things that are related to human resource will bebeneficial for me in the future. As it is necessary in taking knowledge from each and everysegment that help in growth for future course of action. In addition to it most of the industriesare using HRIS system in the industry that will help in increasing knowledge about variousaspect of industry. However, before entering into HR field it is necessary to adapt many skillsthat is required for personal development and gaining experience in that field. For improving myskills training is being provided to me enhance skills as per the Hr field. All the skills andknowledge helps in growing me for future. I have to focus on the areas that help me in personaland professional development it is important for achieving success in industry (Verderame andet. al., 2018). It is also important for development in professional area as it helps in gainingknowledge related to corporate world that how industries are working in the market.StrengthAs my communication skill is good I feel comfortable to interact with people that helpsme in my Hr field as there it is important to interact with people. I am punctual as my timemanagement skill is also good that will help me in managing my all the work on given period oftime. WeaknessMy weakness is that I am not able to adjust with the people so it lacks in interactingsometime with the people. I need time to adjust in the environment that is the weak point asindustry is growing so it necessary to adjust according to it.OpportunitiesAs I am in Hr field there are so many opportunities for me to grow in future as learningmany things related to Hr.Threats There are competitors that are available in the market that replace me in my field bygaining more knowledge and skill so it is the biggest threat for me in the industry.2
