INTRODUCTION
Career research is considered to be a crucial step for each individual who want to develop
a better career after completing their qualification. This support a fresher in identifying the
number of segments in which a student can enter and select best path for their future career
(Bencsik and Machova, 2016). I currently have completed my graduation with specialisation in
Human resource stream as I want to develop my career in this area. Hence, I discussion it with
my teacher and perform self-investigation which made me understood that recruitment
consultant sector is growing rapidly and have a vast scope for job with numerous of
opportunities. For further determining about this area I decided to perform both primary and
secondary investigation for the trainer in legal recruitment consultant within fashion retail outlet.
ANALYSIS & APPLICATIONS
Recruitment industry involve set of activities performed toward talent acquisition and
their placement by meeting up the need of both an individual regarding job and a company
regarding hiring of skilled and competent workforce. Recruitment industry is considered to be
the fastest growing sector where majority of people are focusing toward opening up their own
small consultant firms or take franchise of big brands to enter into the industry for offering
satisfactory services to fulfil the need of several organisations regarding competent workforce.
Within this industry, companies that provide services related with recruitment assistance
for law firms are in high demand. This is so because government is getting more and more
restrict toward organisations to be implement legal laws effectively for achieving sustainability
in marketplace (Barnay, 2016). Therefore, the demand for law employees in is high demand
which in turn arises the demand of law firms to recruit more and more employees that have
higher knowledge in law as per current scenario. Hence the requirement of law recruitment
consultant firms is relatively higher. Therefore, it can be said that there are larger number of
opportunities for freshers who want to be successful in their recruitment career as it provides
several opportunities for growth as it is continuously changing toward improvement. For further
performing analysis over this, an investigation over job role of trainee of law recruitment
consultant will be performed based on primary and secondary investigation. This is mentioned
below: -

In this type of investigation information is collected from the sources where it is already
investigated and published by another person for their own purpose. It is a second hand
information that help in developing understanding regarding the current area of investigation
(Walliman, 2017). The secondary information is usually gathered from sources like webpages,
census, articles, internet etc.
General trends that may have impact over chosen profession: -
The trainee of recruitment consultant have to perform several tasks for performing well
such as getting a clear view regarding the hiring need of an organisation, sourcing candidates
with required field, cross verify their details, assess their skills or capabilities for getting a match
with organisational need, conduct interview, shortlist candidates, follow up references, generate
leads, maintain strong relationship with clients etc. These are some of the crucial practices that a
trainee at legal consultant firm has to perform for ensuring right candidate get placed at right
time period. But instead of all this there are certain factors that trainee of recruitment consultant
must take into consideration for improving its practices such as trends or changes that are
continuously anticipating within the industry due to globalisation and technological development
which can be understood using following points:
The technologies are continuously developing as a result of which companies are
regularly upgrading their working process by coping up with these changes to keep
customer satisfied (De Vos and Cambré, 2017). The current trend in recruitment
consultancies are to source candidates from internet by linked up with several websites
such as LinkedIn, Somerset etc. So, a trainee of law recruitment consultant firm must be
aware of using these web portals in order to source number of candidates that are suitable
as per the requirement of their client companies.
Globalisation is considered to be a major part of every business that help in expanding
the business at several geographical location and approach more customers which
increase profitability. This is one of the biggest trends that is getting popular among
several organisation where they try to expand business at global market for getting better
growth through expansion. Therefore, the trainee of law consultant firm may have some
knowledge regarding some basic laws and regulation that are considered within a
particular country, whose client organisation they are serving. But the main drawback of
