The reflective report entails identification of career action plan that is based on study conducted in first assignment. Job opportunity available for a student is Marketing Executive which is a marketing profession wherein a person manages along with oversees implementation of strategies related to marketing. It supports practices carried out by marketing team on different projects that are aimed for devise strategies and campaigns of marketing with overall objective of maximising profit of company. For the job opportunity, required skills and knowledge are ccommunication skill, soft skill, digital marketing, time management and problem solving skill. The self-reflection report highlights personal analysis through looking towards existing knowledge, skills and expertise. It also covers career action plan on the basis of identified development areas for the job opportunity. It further entails preparation of CV for the marketing graduate in the basis of present situation. PERSONAL ANALYSIS With personal analysis, an individual gain insight on the basis of personality strengths addition to weaknesses, challenges that they see ahead of them as well as opportunities that are present around them presently and in future(Bridgstock and Et. Al., 2019). From the coursework one, it has been identified that there are certain skills, expertise and knowledge that a Marketing professional require, both academically along with other areas of life. For me as Marketing Executive, analysis of mine in terms of current skills, knowledge and experience that are identified in coursework one are as follows: Communication Skill: I believe that for a marketing professional, communication skill is significant as marketing professional is required to communicate with different categories of customers and parties, internally and externally to company. To make profession as Marketing Executive, I have good communication skill as I have adequate knowledge about ample mediums which can be used for understanding others messages in understandable manner. Soft Skill: A graduate planning to make career in marketing profession require to have basic insights about MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and other elements of MicroSoft(Kumar and Et. Al., 2018). improves soft skill. For a marketing professional, soft skills are required for improving ability of a person to complete working with others and have positive influence to furthering their career. Digital Marketing: Within marketing professionals, knowledge about digital marketing is requiredforshapingbrandperception(Qodriah,HartatiandKarim,2019).Withdigital marketing knowledge, I can shape perception of people for the brand so to influence customers for devising purchase decisions, investors to buy stocks of company and applicants to apply for the job. My digital marketing knowledge is weak because of which I can affect interactions, purchases, habits and working of others. Time Management: For any business or marketing professional, time management skill is must required(Tang, 2018). For Marketing Executive, time management skill helps in organising ways to use time effectively in order to achieve greater level of productivity together with less stress. I lack time management skill because of which I miss deadlines of academic projects, that causes anxiety in me. Effective time management skill ensures completion of tasks at much quicker rate and avoid forgetting important things. Problem Solving Skill: Marketing professionals are required to impress customers together with bosses through solving problems with unique ideas or solutions(Spiller and Tuten, 2019). I have strong problem solving skill as I always come up with possible solutions that impresses my superiors at academic level. With this, I can work as Marketing Executive by making choices and taking challenges from fresh perspectives. From the above personal analysis, it is analysed by me that there are certain skills, knowledge and experience of mine in which I am strong, which there are some of them which requires further development so to make career as Marketing Executive. In this context, my SWOT analysis as marketing graduate is as follows: Strengths: Myuniquepotentialismy communication skill as I am able to understand others and express others in comprehensible manner.My problem solving skill is great as I properly address risks, think out of box and work under pressure.
