INTRODUCTION
The career view point is crucial aspect in the personal and professional career growth. That
is why each individual wants to prepare whole plan of career view to direct suitable path for
fulfilling needs or well established career goal. Through proper planning of career enhancement
one can easily achieve superior things in their life. Most of the time it has been seen that career
planning has been done after completion of graduation. This is one of significant step towards
career development. The potential job opportunity can generate if a personal has appropriate skill
set or knowledge. This will deliver more expert area of knowledge based upon interest on
particular field (Hartung, 2018). For finding suitable job individual must find out from job
advertisement as a result each one has to keep their CV on regular update. Individual must give
their maximum efforts to update their existing ability or skill so that they can grow career based

Through effective personal analysis individual can leads towards great level of career
opportunity analysis as well as development. The proper analysis of personal will assist in
recognising strength, opportunity and eliminate weakness. It will raise the level of skill
development. As per my personal analysis I chose my career in the field of Marketing manager
of retail industry (Homsey, 2021). For initial career advancement I am very conscious about my
CV update from regular basis. I am major active on social media platform like LinkedIn as it will
provide most suitable opportunity of job that is based upon interest. Through this stage employer
and candidate connect with each other in order to develop career opportunity. After competition
of my study of graduation, I put maximum efforts for my career planning in the field of

marketing. I deem that all types of essential skills that is required for accomplishing roles and
responsibility that is attached with the job of marketing executive or manager. I has high level of
interest in job role like Marketing Executive in one of the largest retail company Tesla. I
developed great knowledge along with skill in area of Marketing as well as trending changes in
segment of retailing. I am much concern about awareness and building more knowledge and
competency from other opponent. By updating my regular skill and knowledge it is more
beneficial for me as I easily execute the Job profile role within my fellow colleagues. The main
job role is associated in promoting company goods and services to the target audience in more
effective manner (Hughes, 2019). This job has high requirement of the skill of convincing so that
each features or quality of goods can be easily explained to target audience. By the skill of
convincing I can generate more satisfied consumer towards company as well as develop more
potential lead of consumer by increasing their purchasing habit. I believe that I has more
influencing power so that I can convince consumer and increase the level of sale in respect of
goods and services of company. My personal analysis says ultimate reason of choosing career of
Marketing Manager profession that it is totally based upon my interest and I have required skill,
knowledge and awareness that is significant to perform the job role of marketing manager in
retail industry. This is most dynamic and challenging job due to emergent change in the field of
retail segment. The Individual must have positive thinking skill for execution of Marketing
Manager role. I have skill of positive thinker through which several critical issues has been solve
that is related with consumer, fellow staff. As the growing importance of online trends in retail, I
also develop knowledge, skill of trending Digital platform so that I can easily identify needs of
current market trends along with consumer demand through online channels like website, social
media etc. I have prepared my self as a well organised qualified candidate for job role of
Marketing Executive as high skill will aids and I am capable for generating lead from online and
offline mode (Kuijpers, 2017). The reason behind of choosing retail sector due to its growing
importance. That is why I can generate more opportunity and career enhancement. It would be
beneficial for and company itself as whole business activity as well as operations to transform
more lead and increase selling.
