INTRODUCTION
Career view is defined as the process which helps the students and graduates to decide
the profession they want to enter on the bases of their knowledge and skills (Aouadi and
Zeigerer, 2020). The profession chosen for this report is HR (human resource). Human resource
management play crucial role in the business weather it be a small scale business or large scale
business. It is describe as the business practice where human resources are managed by HR
manager in order to achieve desire results and to improve the performance of company. The
topic covered in the report are general trends which have positive impact on the HR profession,
the skills,knowledge and expertise required to perform this job role. An advertisement on this job
role and how it is beneficial for the graduates.

General trends which have positive impact on HR profession.
In a business organisation, HR profession is contribute a lot in attaining success by the
strategic management of human capital (Armstrong and Mitchell, 2019). As. It also take an
active role in providing support to employees in their career growth. In relation to this, HR
manager also having a major impact over the employees performance because they are focus on
managing their activities at working environment. As business world is continues to grow and
change in which there are various new trends that affecting the HR profession:
Digital technology is replacing the traditional business practices: As per current
scenario, almost every individual or companies are including digital technologies for their day to
day activities. This is the major trend that affect the HR manager in managing their workforce
but at the same time it also help them in building the connecting with others. Innovative digital
technology also includes internal and external mobile apps or cloud based technology. Thus, it is
significant for HR manager to have proper knowledge about the technologies so that they can
easily execute their business activities in an effective way.
Globalisation: It is also an another trend that affect the HR profession because it
completely change the style of managing employee within the company. In this context, when a
business expand its operational activities at a global level then the globalisation put impact over
a HR activities. This is because it consider diverse range of practical adjustment are there to hire,
train and retain workforce. Therefore, HR manager is responsible for managing diverse
