INTRODUCTION
The career view point and developing the action plan mainly helps in determining the
improving areas which aids in setting better goals and addressing all the objectives for achieving
the gaols. Job profession in the field of HR mainly helps in developing career. Creating the
career in the HR field provide various job opportunities for working in various companies. The
job opportunity identified as the HR assistant this is mainly responsible for managing the
employees and supporting the HR manger and the HR director of the company. This report
provide detail about the personal analysis of identifying skills and various lacking areas for
improvements. Further, defining an action pan for improving the lacking areas and progressing
the career as an HR assistant in the company.
MAIN BODY
Personal analysis
As for developing the career in the HR profession on the job position of the HR assistant
various strengths as of with the good communication skills will help me in communication all
the message from the HR manager to the employees working in the company (SYAMSURI and
et.al, 2022). This helps in resolving all the employees problems faced in the company and aids in
building better results for establishing and effectively managing employees for working in the
company (Armstrong and Mitchell, 2019). Furthermore, with my good collaborating and team
working skills will help me in working effectively a by resolving various hurdles and conflicts
arise between employees while performing various task of the company as for achieving the
objective.
Strengths
For performing and making the career in the HR job profession acquiring the good
communicating skills help me in contributing and managing all the employees as by
supporting the HR manager (Barboza, 2019). effectively from achieving the gaol of the
company by aligning potential workers from working effectively.

The knowledge about various concept relating to the practices and policies formation for
the employees with defining theories code off concepts and theory working practices will
help me in developing my career in the HR job profession.
Further with acquiring the conflict resolution skills help in addressing and solving various
problems of for th employees. Mainly related to facing disputes, employees pays, and
health and safety concerns.
With great convincing skills help me in better communicating employees for working
effectively as for achieving the organisational goals in the certain time limit.
Areas of improvements
With the lack of organizing skills aids in hindering and organize various multiple task at
the single point of time which results in delaying in completing the task on time.
With the lack of critical thinking and problem decision-making skills aids in impacting
and taking various decision related to mange employees by assigning recruiting various
potential and skilled employees for achieving the best results.
Lack of orientation skills aids in impacting the recruitment procedure and handling of all
the new hirer in the company for working potentially aid achieving the organizational
goals.
With the lack of the operating various software hinder in handling all the daily workings
of the company aids in hindering business in achieving the desired objectives (Dempsey-
Brench and Shantz, 2021). With lack of knowledges for operation and handling the HR
software results in not able to track and make the employee data base and all the
information for working under the particular job role.
With the lack of The advising skill as an intrapersonal skills results in hindering and
advising the employees for working at different positions in the company aids in reducing
the motivation of employees for working (Kaidarova, Arynova and Smagulova, 2019).
As by acquiring these skills help me in making the employees for willingly working in
company for achieving the business objectives by implementing all the labour policies.
With the lack of recruitment skills leads in hiring the impacting employees for working in
the company which hinders in serving the best result (Salmina, Ding and Yu, 2021). But
with acquiring these skills will help me in addressing all the issues and providing the
various solution for solving those issue related to the employees workings also the
