Introduction Career action plan is the plan is the plan which is considered as a dynamic document that is being owned and managed by young people. In every profession there is a requirement of various skills and knowledge which is being used in every industry now a days (Albrecht, 2020). The main skills is communication skills which is required in the every profession. In this report there is a detail of investigator strength, weaknesses and skills that are being considered by them. The profession which is taken is Human resource manager profession. There is a development of personal analysis. Then it consists of career action plan which consist of persons weaknesses and how they can be solved by doing cretin activities. Then it last it covers conclusion. Personal analysis Personal analysis is the major part of a persons in which there is a identification of individual strength and weakness. Personal growth refers to the essential role which is found in every individual career to compete with other competitors and enhance their knowledge and skills. The most essential skills which is being used by every profession is communication skills as this skills is the most important (i Messalles, 2020). As it is the skills which is used the individual in the classes, employability etc. in order to contact effectively with the other person. The skills which are being reviewed in the previous work is communication skills, learning skills, development of career skills, and team working skills. Some of my strength are discussed below: ï‚·Leaderships skills: I am very good at maintaining a team because my leadership skills are very good as I can able to mange my team in effective manner. This is seen when I motivate my team and solves their problems in effective manner. I have a capacity to inspire others in effective manner. By this I will be able to maintain healthy relationship with my teammates. ï‚·Listening skills:My another strength is that I am very good at listening to someone. As I am very positive and always think positively. I am good at listening to my teachers and render during various classes sessions. ï‚·Team management skills:Team management skill is the skills which is used to manage a team in effective manner. As I am very good at managing my team and teammates in effective way.
Some of my weaknesses are: ï‚·Communication skills: As I am very bad at my communication skills. As I cannot6 able to talk to people effectively at workplace. And I lack confidence also that is why. I needs to more focus on my this weaknesses because this is the most important skills which is required in every field. ï‚·Weak in social ground:I am very weak in my social ground as bi am very effective in socialise. This limits me in making my social connection with the other people. ï‚·Lack of confidence: I lack confidence due to mu lack of communication skills because in cannot able to ask my queries in the class in front of many of the students. I faced certain issues like of knowledge, unclear conversion and confusion of concepts and meaning etc. ï‚·Lack of stress management: I am very loss in my stress management. As when I sees lots of work then I came into stress and did not able to perform multiple work and cannot able to submit my work on definite time limit. As compare to these skills which I have mentioned in the above, I have developed something currently. As I have make improvements in my communication skills, leadership skills which has helped me in managing my team and making me effectively in front of my teammates. I lack various skills and knowledge which has demotivated me in my career and I have to focus on those strength. As at the time of group presentation and ppt presentation and seminars etc. I lack confidence and cannot able to talk to the people effectively in front of me. As at the time when I have performed in the group presentation. I have focused on sharing my knowledge and experiences with the other person who are in front of me. By conducting group presentation, I have enhanced my some of the communications skills because in every sessions I have enhanced my confidence and also motivates me in bringing more knowledge in so that I can impress other persons. Then another advantage which I have gained is improving my connection with the other persons. And I have slowly increased in my confidence. As I cannot hesitate in talking with someone who I know. This builds me confidence. As I context of human resource profession, I have to very good in my communication skills and my leadership skills so that I can recruit many number of employees in the company and provide them training accordingly and perform all levels of functions in effective manner.

I have completed this reflection report my making my Personal development plan which highlights my goals and objectives and time frames which I have to focus on. Then I have analysed my strength and weakness which has helped me in managing my team. I have focus on my career action plan in which I have focused on may various skills which I have to improved in effective way and leads to become and confident.
