Introduction: This report is constructed to identify all the essential activities of the CRS development throughout the whole life cycle for the CarHire. CarHire is Australian rental company which was established in 2010. CarHire wants to develop a CRS system to establish a proper database system and website along with the official email service. They also need a network infrastructure to establish network facilities and communication medium with proper security and system availability. Planning Phase: This purpose of this phase is to determine the scope, resources, cost, time and benefits of certain projects throughout the whole life cycle. Research is also involved in this phase as facts are necessary in order to create a good planning. CRS system development process will be containing the initial planning activities. Which are followed: The scope of this project is to research and collect relevant information about the CRS implementation. The project scope defines the functionality of the CRS system required by the CarHire. The project scope must be defined before starting the project to gain a clear idea about the requirements and developing process (Buedeand Miller2016). After defining the project scope, the resource allocation needs to be conducted. For implementing CarHire system, multiple software applications are essential in both front and back end. The stakeholder analysis also needs to be conducted in the planning phase. All stakeholder associates with the CarHire must be identified in order to set certain standards. The scope completion report must be shared with every stakeholder after finishing the project planning phase.
System Analysis:After completing the planning phase, the required functionality of the CRS system will be analyzed through conducting critical analysis. The whole project must be completed under one year and two months. Required budget for completing the project also needs to be analyzed and calculated (Chewet al. 2014). Android Studio mobile application will be used to construct the mobile application. For the web application at back end PHP, SQL, java and the front end will be constructed with html, css and jquery. System Design:Before starting the system design, the software specification must be reviewed to understand the requirement of the project. The functionality of the applications will be determined to crate the prototype. First, the prototype will be constructed while considering the functionalities (Vaidyanathan 2013). The initial security measurement will also be implemented. After testing the prototype, the CRS and mobile system will be implemented by following the prototype by IT executives. After setting the modular parameter the complete implementation report is documented. System implementation:After completing the implementation phase, The CRS system need to be test to check the functionality and security. The test will ensure that the web and mobile application are implemented successfully. Mainly the security measurement needs to check to avoid any vulnerability. As usual, the test resultswill also need to be shared with the stakeholders. Deployment and Maintenance: Deployment is one of the crucial phase as the implemented CRSsystemneedtobehandovertotheCarHire.Afterdeploymentthemaintenance measurement will be defined and close the project.
