of an organization. Thus, according to this case study it has been noticed that it is highly
essential to incorporate the enterprise resource planning in order to enhance the business
services. Followed by this it has been noticed that there is a significant impact of the
utilization of SAP R/3 tool, which is one of the effective as well as popular ERP tools. The
ERF tools are consisted features to effectively integrate the supply chain management, and
enhancement in the service quality. It helps in effective decisions for the betterment of the
business performance of the targeted business structure. According to the case study it has
been noticed that there are several enterprise resource planning tool present in the market
who can resolve the arising business problems. Thus, considering the current business

problems it can be stated that it is highly essential to mitigate those risks in order to get
effective services from the organization. Those risk includes the uncertainty of the customer
demands, financial management, information monitoring, data analysis, customer services.
Followed by this limitations present in the current business platform ERP offers various
features in order to mitigate the limitations. Those features include the aspects of machine
automation, effective data analysis process; and information monitoring is related to the ERP
systems. Along the above aspects it also offers effective customer relationship management
and the financial support by efficiently identifying the preferable market demand and the
requirement which can invokes the success of the business.
Evaluation of the implementation of the ERP in the business structure:
According to the case study it has been noticed that the incorporation of the effective
ERP system implementation is highly essential for the betterment of the business system.
