Identify Lem’s levels of specific job attitudes and types of work behaviours he
performs now or in the past.
Lem Williams was a worker in the Smith Linings & Seals (SLS) in the
manufacturing department that was responsible for the custom orders. As per the
other staff, the Lem William was being described as a blunt person who was got angry
very quickly. In addition, he never shies away from expressing any negative opinions
about any topic. Lem Wiliams was highly committed and dedicated towards his work
at the Linings & Seals (SLS). Many a time, Lem William would also be considered as
a role model for his other employees because of his strong work ethics. In addition,
Lem Williams also had a never give up attitude. He also had the willingness to offer
various suggestions and the recommendations for the scope of improvements in the
safety and manufacturing process in the Smith Linings & Seals (SLS) business
organizations. Lem Williams is also going to the extent of punishing his manager or
the Smith Linings & Seals (SLS) business organizations as a whole if he feels that his
team is treated unfairly or unjustly even a slightest. At time, Lem Wiliam would be
slightly off and not in his proper space of mind or is in "one of his moods" which
tends to last for several weeks. During that time , Lem William use to show little or
no regards for the requests of his manager, Roy Keel. It is in the nature of Lem
William that whenever he is angry or upset about anything in the workplace, he
makes sure that his manager Roy Kneel knows about it. Lem William is not a kind of
person who would mince hi words for anybody.
According to the MARS Model which is an individual behavior model that
tries to elaborate the various individualistic behavior, which happens because of the
various internal and external factors or influences in a business organization. The
