It was apublic funded centre for elderly care at local level and are mostly preferred in times ofemergency. These people decided to shift Dora into a nursing home on full-time basis. Thisdecision affected Dora and Simon immensely as they were together for so long and he was ableto take care of her properly. In addition to this, their children would also suffer as she was movedto a long-distance centre which would definitely bring gaps in terms of communication andspending time together.
