INTRODUCTION
Leadership is all about getting people done there work they don't believe they can do. An
leader plays role of motivator in the company and influence the individual to work towards the
goals and aims of the organization. Leaders helps their follower to work effectively and
efficiently and good leader is an great mentor and inspiration for the people of the organization.
There are several role leaders plays in the organization that help the employees and management
of organization to deals with the external and internal departments of the company(Alqatawenh,
2018).
In this report the leadership styles of Steve Jobs and the role he played in the apple
organisation is to be study. There are many qualities of Jobs that every leader of organization
should have. Leadership style of the Steve jobs helps their organization to gain success in the
over all world. There are several challenges for the leader in the company but a good leader
know hoe deal with these challenges so that company can grow in order to gain effective
productivity and successful organization.

most successful in the world and his leadership (Antonakis, and Day, 2018)style is inspiration
for the the leaders of every organization.

ideas and information with the company so that company can get more revenues and innovative
ides for the future growth.
