Introduction
Tumi, Inc. is a well-known company in the market for their products and services. It
was situated in the South Plainfield, New Jersey. The company is famous for its
products, such as handbags, luxury luggage, and travel accessories. The company
was founded in the year 1975, and the company has opened its first retail store in
1997. In present, the company has opened 140 retail stores in more than 65
countries. In addition, the company has owned more than 100 patents for its
product designs and component parts (TUMI, 2019).
Moreover, the company wants to implement SAP solutions for solving various
business problems in their business functions, such as finance, sales, marketing,
accounts, inventory, payroll, and many others (Al-Mashari & Al-Mudimigh, 2003).
Besides, the company has implemented a basic IT infrastructure for managing
various internal works. the company has required a high level of information
systems to resolve all those issues, such as SAP ERP, SAP CRM, SAP NetWeaver BW,
and many more (Andre, 2019).
This report will explain the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), and its benefits and
limitations. In addition, in this report, it will describe the needs of the ERP system
for the company. In this report, ten brands of ERP solutions to SMEs will provide in
the later section. In addition, this report will include comparative analysis among
different ERPs. It will provide a cost-benefit analysis for the ERP.

There are various innovations in the IT industry to manage various functions of the
business and other works. In addition, an ordinary ERP consists of the primary
commercial enterprise tactics for finance, accounting, sales, advertising, CRM,
human resources and stock ( Arguin, 2017). Technologies used much software for
the management of business functions. In addition, ERP systems have provided
many advantages to the company (Arnesen, 2013).

There are various benefits of the ERP system for the company, which areas:
