Malta's Airline Services & Policies Comparison

This assignment involves reviewing the services provided by Malta's airline industry and comparing its policies, training programs, and maintenance systems with those of the British military airline framework. It requires evaluating the effectiveness of Maltese measures for quality assurance in airworthiness and assessing whether Maltese airline policies and practices need improvement.

ABSTRACT
In the following report, the major objective of the investigator in to analyse the
effectiveness of the British framework and MMA. In addition to this various policies, practices
amd code of conduct which used by the airline organisation in order to protect its soldier has
been alos addressed in this report. Furthermore, comparison between the maintenance structures
of the Air Wing Armed Forces of Malta and UK Royal Air. In addition to this the British versus
malteses military airworthiness has been also addressed in this assignment. In this present
dissertation, researcher has been used the secondary data collection method for collect the
information about this topic about the airworthiness. With assistance of the secondary data
collection method, investigator can able to collect the data from the articles, journal, books etc.
In the entire dissertation , scholar has focused on the secondary data through which reliable and
valid conclusion has been made. Some of the ethical consideration aspect has also followed by
the investigator for obtain the valid and accurate solution of the research problem.

INTRODUCTION
In the present era, the airline industry is continuously developed due to its high customer
demand. Due to changing technology and advancement, this industry deliver an effective and
high quality of airline services to customers. Airworthiness is the measure of an aircraft's
suitability of safe flight. It is a kind of certificate which approved by the national aviation
authority and maintained by performing the desired maintenance action. The application of
airworthiness refers to the atmosphere and condition of an aircraft. It also defines the suitability
for flight of aircraft which designed with engineer. In a simple word it can be said that
airworthiness is positive condition of the aircraft by which customer can able to get high quality
and effective air service (Hermanto and Muhammad, 2017). In a simple word it can be said that
airworthiness is a legal and mechanical status of an aircraft in terms of its readiness and
suitability for the flight. The organisation which deals in the airline's industry have main aim is
to deliver the safe and high quality of airline services to its customers. While company deal in
the airline sector then it is great responsibility of them to keep secure and safe its customers. It is
another responsibility of the airline company to deliver an excellent quality of airline services
through which customers can get an impressive satisfaction in the field of aircraft. An
airworthiness is a kind of certificate which grants and authorised by the government to operate
an aircraft in flight (Stanton and Harvey, 2017). The following report provides a deep knowledge
and understanding about the British framework and Maltese Military Airworthiness framework.
It is an independent corporation which is responsible for regulating air safety across defence. The
major aim of this organisation is to deliver (Smith, 2015).
In the 2 September 2006 a in the Afghanistan, there are huge crash of Royal air force
Hawker Siddeley Nimrod through which many of the people have got the serious injury and
many of them got died. Due to this crash, there are several people have dies by this British
Military (Authority, 2016). In this present dissertation, researcher has been used the secondary
data collection method for collect the information about this topic about the airworthiness. With
assistance of the secondary data collection method, investigator can able to collect the data from
the articles, journal, books etc. With help of this secondary data collection method, scholar has
able to find out the right solution and outcome of the entire dissertation.

Background of the study
The airline industry is a service industry but due to all the equipment and facilities
involved in transportation. In the present time, many of the soldier prefer to purchase the
transportation services in the airline sector. By this crash, there various kinds of the loss occurred
in the Afghanistan. As per the research it has been founded that the aircraft is believed to have
suffered a fuel leak during mid-air refuelling while it was controlled a NATO offensive. (Evans
and HARPER, 2016). The major objective of this dissertation is to find out the comparison
between the British military airworthiness and Maltese military airworthiness framework. In the
2 September 2006 in the Afghanistan there are huge crash of the airplane by which many people
got the serious injury and some of them died by this British military. In the present dissertation,
scholar has selected this mentioned case study about to the NIMROD crash of September 2006
(Kleymann and Seristö, 2017) Thus, scholar wanted to find out the historical data pertaining to
the aircraft accidents in the Malteses island. Moreover, investigator has also defined the military
aviation authority (MAA) which is an independent organisation in the airline industry which
developed and designed in the country in order to protect the soldier who taking the airline
services. Another important aspect in this present dissertation is to analyse the framework of the
military aviation authority (MAA) at the time of the NIMROD crash of September 2006 (Stanton
and Harvey, 2017). Researcher focused on the issue which faced by the military aviation

Rationale of Research study
In the present time, the demand of the airline industry is continuously increase because
soldier are more demanded in this sector. This industry assist to the people in travelling them
from one place to another place. The airline industry is a service industry which facilitate to the
soldier about the transportation (Behbahani-Pour and Radice, 2016). It is an easy to lose sight of
that fact. Airline perform service of their soldiers by transporting them and their belongings. In
this industry, there are several types of airline which have different type of the services and they
deliver different aircraft. As per the research it has been founded that major airlines earning
revenue is about 1 million in the UK. United Kingdom government has been developed various
kinds of policies, framework and practices for the airline company in order to protect the soldier
from the unethical issue and illegal activities (O'Callahan and Partush, 2016). The major reason
for selecting this topic about the airworthiness is that scholar have great interest and curiosity
about to identify the detail information about this topic. In addition to this, scholar have
sufficient information and data about the topic of the airworthiness. One major reason for
selecting this topic is to analyse the effectiveness of the British framework and Maltese Military
airworthiness framework. In addition to this, another important aim of this investigation is to
compare the gap in the Air Wing's Policies and British regulatory framework (Jones and Partush,
2017). In this dissertation, researcher have another aim is to find any historical data pertaining to
aircraft accidents in the Maltese Island. In order to select this topic for the dissertation, scholar
interest and previous knowledge is one of the factor which affect the investigator to select this
topic as research topic. Investigator has huge interest in this topic about to the European military
airworthiness authority and the British military airworthiness organisation. That is why scholar
has been selected this topic for further investigation. In addition to this, scholar have effective
knowledge and understanding about this topic so researcher have ready to select this topic as
dissertation topic.

Significance of the study
As there various issues arisen in the airline industry due to the inappropriate
technological infrastructure, lack of training and development of personnel’s and other issue. It is
very important responsibility of the airline company to keep secure and safe to the soldier who
purchase the airline services (Anderson, 2017). In addition to this, it is another responsibility of
the airline company to follow all policies, practices, system and framework which developed by
the government in order to keep secure and safe soldier with respect of airline services. With
assistance of this study, researcher can able to understand that how airline company can
overcome the accident and uncertain hazards and risk (Behbahani-Pour and Radice, 2016). In
addition to this, effectiveness of the British framework can also obtain with help of this study. In
addition to this, with assistance of this study, comparison between the British military and
Maltese military airworthiness framework can studied by the researcher. With help of this
present study about the airworthiness, researcher can able to get detail understanding about the
effective policies and practices of the airline industry. This study help to the researcher in getting
the knowledge about the effectiveness of the airline services.

this present dissertation- Chapter-1: Introduction: It is one of the important chapter in the dissertation about
airworthiness which provides the deep knowledge and understanding about the
background of study. In this chapter, aims and Objective of the study is frame so as
scholar can get detail information about the title of report (Stanton and Harvey, 2017). In
addition to this, rationale of the study defines that which factors affect the investigator
about to select the research title. In addition to this, this chapter discussed the objective of
the investigation and also it defined that how researcher attain the target of the research.
In the present dissertation, investigator have main aim is to analyse the effectiveness of
the British framework and MMA with respect of the Nimrod crash of Sept 2006. Chapter-2 Literature Review: Literature review is one of the important chapter in the
dissertation which included various themes about the research title. In addition to this,

literature review provides the deep knowledge and understanding about the British
framework and its different policies and framework which they used to deliver the airline
services to the soldiers. This chapter assist to the scholar finding the appropriate solution
of the research issue. Chapter-3 Research Methodology: This is another major important chapter in the
dissertation which assist to the investigator in obtain an appropriate solution of the
investigation. In the research methodology, there are various kinds of the method which
assist to the scholar in obtain an appropriate solution of the investigation. There are
various methods included such as research approach, research philosophy, research
design, research techniques, data collection, data analysis, sampling, limitation etc. With
help of these methods, investigator can easily obtain an appropriate outcome of the
investigation. In the present dissertation, scholar has used various tools of the research
methodology for attain the objective of analyse the effectiveness of British framework

research title. In the present dissertation, secondary data will use to analyse the
information and data about the topic.

NIMROD crash of September 2006
In the opinion of Kier, (2017) Royal air force hawker snidely Nimrod got accident in the
2 September 2006.Due to this crash many of the people got a serious injuries and it is one of the
biggest loss of life by the British military. At the 2 September 2006, there has been huge crash
occurred in the royal air force hawker in the Kandahar Afghanistan. Through this crash, fourteen
crew members on the board has been killed. This crash was the biggest single loss of life due to
the British Military since the Falklands. AS per the research it has been founded that aircraft has
assumed that the major reason for this crash is fuel leak during mid-air refuelling which was
monitored a NATO in the Taliban insurgent of Kandahar. It has been also founded by the
investigation that the fuel was leaked into the bomb bay at where fir has been occurred. It is due
to the electronic fault or hot air leaking from the heating pipe. In the view of Saxi, (2017) While
this crashed has been occurred in the Afghanistan then the pilot has reported a fire in his bomb.
Pilot tried to reach Kandahar air base and taking the aircraft down from the 23000 to 3000 feet in
90 seconds. The crash which occurred at the site which was about to 25 miles west North West
of Kandahar airfield. Due to this crash there are various people get serious injury and accidents

in the Afghanistan. As per the research it has been also founded that Nimrod Crash is with very
great sadness and regret that the ministry of defence has confirmed the names of the fourteen
British personnel’s killed due to the crash occurred of the Nimrod MR2 aircraft in Afghanistan
on Saturday 2 September 2006.
According to the view of Kier, (2017) On the 2 December 2006, Nimard crash occurred
catastrophic fire broke out the board while it had been refulled in mid air. Due to this crash, there
are various people have got an injury and every member of the crew of the 37 year old aircraft
acted with calmness, bravery and professionalism but they had no chance of controlling the fire.
This crash has been occurred during a reconnaissance flights which was a huge single loss of the
life suffered by the British military since the Falklands. By this crash, the aircraft believed that
this accident and crash has occurred due to suffered a fuel leak during mid air refuelling while it
was controlling and monitoring NATO offensive against the Taliban insurgents wast of
Kandahar. The fuel appears to have leaked into the bomb bay where the fight has been caught.
This is due to either as the result of an electrical fault or hot air leaking from a heating pipe. As
reporting for this crash, pilot informed a fire in the bomb bay who tried to arrive Kandahar air
base and taking the aircraft down from the 23000 to the 3000 feet in the 90 seconds. The crash
site was about the 25 miles which is located 10 miles in the west north west of the Kandahar
airfield.

responsibility for the security of the Maltese airspace which involves in the maritime patrol and

effective services for the soldier. With help of technology and equipment, soldier can get the

quick airline services and there may reduce the chances for uncertain accidents and hazard. All
technological infrastructure should be update time to time so as all functioning can carry out in a
systematic manner.
Company should bring the latest technology so as infrastructure and machine related
issue can overcome and accident in the airline services can overcome. In the view of Schieder,
(2017) This strategy help to the company in improving the airworthiness through which
corporation can able to deliver an effective service related to the airline. In addition to this,
management should regularly upgrade the technology, application, system, machines and
structure so as employees can improve their performance related to delivering of airline services.
In addition to this, corporation should focus on the training and development program by which
it can improve the performance of employees who work in the airline sector. In the airline field,
company should organise the training and development program so as employees can able to
improve their performance, ability, capability, skill, knowledge etc. With help of the training and
development program, company can able to enhance the quality and productivity of employees
because employees are able to enhance their ability with help of this session. In addition to this,
training and development program also help to employees in learning the criteria to work in the
airline services. In the airline sector, there are huge requirements of the high skilled, qualified
and talented employees so as they can effectively carry out their working. Furthermore, with help
of internal training like seminar, workshop etc, employees can learn the method to deal with the

the performance of airline services. It is very important for the management of Airline Company
to adopt strict monitoring and controlling practices by which each activity and performance can
easily measure. With help of the strict monitoring and controlling, management can lead and
direct each and every activity within the airline company. With help of this strategy, company
can deliver an impressive quality of airline services to soldier and improve their satisfaction
level. With help of this strategy, chances of accident and hazard can also overcome within the
airline company because barriers can automatically overcome while management effectively lead
and direct every activity within the company. Thus, from the entire discussion about the

research study and its various activities like conducting survey, organise survey, collecting data
etc. Scholar have very limited human resource by which they have to face issue in the entire
investigation. Thus, it can be said that die to the lack of fund, finance and human resource,
scholar have faced various kind of issue and problem. In addition to this the selected topic is very
broad so it is very difficult to cover all relevant aspect in the literature review as well as
investigation. This topic related to the British military framework is very broad and wide topic so

about the topic (O'Callahan and Partush, 2016). In addition to this secondary data should
collected from the authorised sites. Another ethical consideration should maintain by the scholar
that there should proper citation of work and content should not copy and paste from any articles
and website. All data which obtained from internet should rephrased in an appropriate manner.
Sampling-
Sampling is another significant method of the research methodology by which
investigator can collect the data and information about the subject. In the present dissertation,
scholar have selected random sampling method by which scholar can easily collect the
information about the Maltese military system and authority and their training, maintenance and
CAMO. In order to identify the effectiveness of the British military system and compare the
British military with the Maltese military, scholar have selected 20 soldiers from the Maltese
military authority and find out their training system, maintenance and CAMO .With help of these
20 soldiers of the Maltese military system, researcher can able to find out the strength and
weakness of the Maltese military system and also able to know about the policies and practices
of the airworthiness in the Maltese military system.

DATA ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION
Introduction

aim of this dissertation is to analyse the comparison between the Maltese military framework and
British military framework and also analyse effectiveness of British military framework. In order

This qualitative research technique can help to investigator in collecting the primary information
about the Maltese military framework and British air force policies. With help of this qualitative
research technique, scholar can conduct an effective investigation with help of survey tool. In
this survey, scholar has selected 20 solider of the Maltese military framework in order to
collected information about the Maltese military system in the country. In order to take the
information about the Maltese military system and policies of the country, scholar have
developed a systematic questionnaire under which researcher have included all question related
to the difference between the Maltese military framework and British military framework. The
major objective of this survey is to analyse the effectiveness of British military framework and
Maltese military framework. In order to conduct the survey, scholar have taken the email id from
the 20 soldiers of the Maltese military authority. This is the very effective method to collect the
information about the subject. With help of this technique, scholar can investigate about the
subject without any biasness. This is very effective way to collect and analyse the information
about the subject so as researcher can easily obtain an appropriate solution about the subject.

the survey of 20 solders in the Maltese military it has been analysed that there are still some
requirement of improvement in the present military training, maintenance and CAMO for its

said yes that they are believed that British military policies, practices and framework is more
effective as compare to the Maltese military framework. From the collected information it has
been analysed that there is still some requirement for improvement in the training, maintenance
and CAMO system in the Maltese military system. On the other hand from the 20 soldiers, 5 are
disagreed by the mentioned statement that British military framework is less effective as
compare to British military framework. Thus, from the collected data it has been analysed that
British military authority is more effective and appropriate as compare to the Maltese military
authority and there are effective policies and framework about the military through which British
military framework has effectively protected its citizen and territory of the country from the

Interpretation and analysis: This section stated that the policies and practices of the Maltese
military framework is ineffective as compare to the British military framework. The major
objective of this question in the survey of the Maltese soldiers is to identify that whether the
Maltese military framework is effective or ineffective as compare to the British military
framework. From the collected data by the 20 soldiers of the Maltese military framework, it has
been assessed that 15 solider are said that Maltese military policies of air force is less effective as
compare to the British military framework. From this collected data about the British military
framework and Maltese military framework it has been analysed that there is requirement of
improvement in the Maltese military system so as it can improve the working of soldiers in
respect of air force so as they can effectively protect the country citizens and territory from the
attack and terrorism.

CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION
From the entire dissertation, it has been concluded that the British military policies and
framework is more effective as compare to the Maltese military system. It has been also
concluded from this dissertation that in the British military authority of air force, there is well
designed and effective policies and practices of the air force under which well effective
arrangement of training of soldiers and effective arrangement and maintenance of the air force
working. It has been also concluded from the dissertation that the air wing of the armed force
Malta is the components of the existing Maltese military. The major objective and aim of this
entire dissertation is to conduct the investigation about to identify the comparison between the
British military framework and Maltese military framework. By collecting the information about
the British military framework and Maltese military framework researcher have concluded that
there is more effective military framework of the British military framework as compare to the
Maltese military framework. It has been also concluded from the dissertation that British
framework military regulatory is one of the effective system which provides high quality of
services to the soldiers. In the UK government has developed various kinds of the policies,
practices, regulation, rules etc. In the United Kingdom, there are various airline company which
have to follow the all regulation, practices, policies which developed by the government. With
assistance of this military regulatory framework, company can protect the soldier and keep
secure then at the time of delivering services of the airline. Researcher have conducted the
investigation about to identify the difference between the British military framework and Maltese
military framework so scholar have selected qualitative research technique under which with
help of random sampling method scholar has selected 20 soldiers of the Maltese military system.
In the survey of the Maltese military solider, researcher has founded that from the 20 soldiers of
the Maltese military system,
From the collected information in the present dissertation it has been concluded that it
has been analysed that there are still some requirement of improvement in the present military
training, maintenance and CAMO for its soldiers. From the collected data it has been concluded
that from the 20 solders 15 are strongly said yes that they are believed that British military
policies, practices and framework is more effective as compare to the Maltese military
framework. It has been also concluded that from the survey of Maltese military solider, it has
been concluded that from the 20 soldiers 10 are strongly agreed by the statement that British

military have an effective training and maintenance system as compare to the Maltese military
framework. It has been also concluded from the collected data about the Maltese military
framework that From the survey of 20 soldiers who have used the airline service from the
Maltese military, it has been founded from the collected data that 15 respondent said yes that
there is requirement of improving the airline practices and policies within the Maltese so as it can
easily overcome the chances of accident related to the airline services. Researcher has concluded
from the entire research investigation that soldiers of the Maltese military authority has clearly
stated that the British military framework is more effective and appropriate as compare to the
Maltese military framework as British military system have effective arrangement of
maintenance, training and CAMO for its soldiers through which they can effectively protect the
citizen and territory of the country from uncertain attack and terrorism. In the British, their
military people have able to get effective training and there is effective maintenance system
because they have used proper and systematic policies and framework for the performance of
military board. From this entire investigation about the british military and maltese military
system, scholar have concluded that Maltese provides an effective service to the soldier related
to the airline services. From the 20 respondents in the market of Maltese, it has been analysed
that 10 are strongly agreed by the mentioned statement that Maltese provides an effective service
of the airline to its soldiers. On the other hand only 2 are strongly disagreed by this mentioned
statement. They have also used effective and latest technology about the air force through which
its solider can able to get effective training program about the military and air force. From the
collected data about the investigation scholar have identified that British military policies and
framework delivers the effective services of air force to the country. In order to improve the
military of Maltese there are some strategies. Here, researcher is recommending some strategies
for improvement of the Maltese military framework-
 Maltese military framework should improve the training and development program for its
soldiers so as they can improve the working of air force and military work in the country
and provide protection to the citizen and territory from the attack and uncertain accidents.
 Maltese military framework should improve its existing policies and practices of the
military system so as it can make more effective and impressive of the military
framework within the Maltese country.

 Maltese military should improve its technological infrastructure so as it can meet the
actual expectation of the citizen of country. It should use the latest technology within the
military framework so as military soldiers can effectively meet the criteria of military
objective and provide effective services and protection of the military to the citizen and
territory of the country.
 Maltese military should improve its existing maintenance system and policies through
which it can effectively meet the expectation of the solider and they can deliver effective
protection to the citizen and territory.
 Maltese military should improve its set of idea and creativity which is desired strategic
goal and objective of the country. Military strategy should be unique and objective
oriented by which it can effectively deliver the protection and security about the citizen
and territory of the country.
 Maltese military system should focus on the actual requirement of the soldiers so as they
can effectively carry out their roles and responsibility for the country and provide
effective services for deliver of protection to the citizen and territory of Maltese.

REFLECTION REPORT
From this entire report, researcher have gain various significant knowledge and things
related to the military regulation in the Malta and British. Researcher have gain the knowledge
about the Maltese which is the southern European island country which is consisted with
archipelago in the Mediterranean sea. The major objective of this research study is to find out the
historical data pertaining to the aircraft in the Maltese Island and compare it with the British
military regulatory system. With assistance of this assignment, researcher can able to understand
that how country's have military system and its regulation which affect the airline services in the
country. In addition to this researcher have understood the meaning and concept of the aircraft
and its significance within the country.
This research report described the aircraft importance in the country and also described
its impact on the country economic system. As a researcher I have learnt various things from this
study like the comparison of the Maltese military airworthiness and UK royal air force military
airworthiness and European military airworthiness authority. I have learned about the Royal air
force which is the air force of united kingdom. The royal air force have major mission is to
support the objective of British ministry of defence which helpful in providing the capabilities
required to ensure the security and defences of the united kingdom. It's another aim is to deliver
effective and impressive airline services to soldier and meet their expectation related to the
airline services. I have learnt that in the Maltese, there is effective training and maintenance
system for the soldiers through which they can able to carry out their working in an effective
manner. In the Maltese military framework, there are effective training and maintenance system
by which soldiers can effectively carry out their responsibility and work related to the country
and protect the people in the country. In addition to this, from assistance of this dissertation, I
have learnt the effectiveness of the military of Maltese and its CAMO. I have analysed from this
report that in the country, military system plays a very crucial role by which soldiers can keep
secure and safe to the people of country. I have learnt also that the major purpose of the armed
force in the country like British and Maltese is to protect the national citizen and territory from
the challenges and threats. The Maltese military have major objective is to protect the national
citizens and territory from the threats. In this context a military is a force authorised to use lethal
or deadly force and weapon to support the interest of the state and some or all of its citizens.

A part from this assignment I have also learnt that how to conduct the survey and
investigation for collecting the data about the subject. By collecting information and data about
the subject, I have also learnt that how to interact with the respondent in order to collect the
information about the topic. In an addition to this, from the data collection I have also assessed
that by interacting people I have improved my existing communication skill and interaction skill.
At the time of data collection, I have faced issue related to the gathering different views and
perception. Many of the respondents was not feel comfortable in order to fulfilling the
questionnaire so it was very difficult for me to collect the information from that respondents.
While I have effectively collected information from the respondents about the military Maltese
system I have also analysed that it is very difficult to analyse and assess the different view and
perception about the Maltese military system. I have faced the issue related to summarise and
conclude various opinion, view and perception about the subject. Due to the different views,
perception and thoughts of the respondents about the subject, I have faced the issue related to the
analysis. However, I have effectively collect and analysis of the information about the Military
of Maltese and British military and summarise the conclusion. Through the data collection and
analysis, I have improved my analytical skill and observation skill. In addition to this, I have also
improved decision making skill from this research study. In order to finding the best solution and
outcome about the research issue, I have collected and analysed the information about the
Maltese and British military authority and framework so by this activity my decision making
skill has been also improved because I have to take the decision and find out the right solution
for the research issue in this report. From this entire report I have also analysed that Maltese
military should improve its technological infrastructure so as it can meet the actual expectation
of the citizen of country. It should use the latest technology within the military framework so as
military soldiers can effectively meet the criteria of military objective and provide effective
services and protection of the military to the citizen and territory of the country.
In the present dissertation, as a researcher I have also focused on the literature review
section under which I have collected secondary information about the topic such as British
military framework and Maltese military system. From this chapter of literate review I have
learnt the detail knowledge and understanding about the military of Maltese and also its training
program, maintenance system and CAMO. The literature review chapter helps me in critically
address the information and write the information in the critical manner. In this chapter, I have

taken the information from various authors, articles, books, journals etc about the subject of
Maltese military and British military so my knowledge and idea about this mentioned subject has
been improved. In the literature review, I have taken the various knowledge and understanding
about the subject so it can be said that my existing knowledge has been improved. I have also
learnt that how to write the critical review and how to discuss various information about the
subject. I have taken the information from various articles, books, journals etc so my secondary
data collection skill has been also improved because I have collected secondary data about the
topic.
In the present dissertation, I have also analysed that the Maltese military system have
some requirement to improves its soldiers training, maintenance and CAMo so as it can meet the
expectation of the military. It is quite ineffective as compare to the British military system
because in the British military framework there is proper arrangement and practices improving
the ability, skill and capability of solider in the air force so as they can effectively carry out their
roles and responsibility toward the country. With help of effective training and maintenance
system in the British military framework its have effectively manage impressive services of air
force and protect the citizen and territory from the uncertain attack and threats. From this entire
dissertation, I have also analysed that the major objective of this dissertation is to assess the
difference between the British military framework and Maltese military system. From the
collected data in the survey I have analysed that many soldiers in the Maltese military framework
has said that there is still some requirement of improvement in the Maltese military framework.
In this dissertation I have also learnt that how to write the research methodology. This is
very significant chapter in the entire dissertation under which researcher have used various
methods such as research philosophies, research approach, research design, data collection, data
analysis, sampling, research techniques. From this chapter I have effectively gained the
knowledge and understanding about the research methods and its implementation in the entire
research study. In addition to this, from this research study I have also learnt to select the
appropriate technique of research methodology and its implementation within the study for
address the objective. I have learnt from this entire research study is to conduct an effective
investigation and find out an appropriate solution of the research problem.
In this present dissertation I have also learnt about the NIMROD crash of September
2006. I have gain the knowledge that how this accident has been occurred and due to this

accident how many people have got injured. In a short I wanted to say that from the entire
dissertation I have learnt so many things related to the data collection, data analysis,
interpretation etc. My various skills such as communication, analytical skill, observation, writing
and interaction skill has been improved by this entire dissertation. In addition to this I have also
learnt that how to prepare a systematic dissertation and how to conclude the relevant summary
about the subject. In addition to this from this entire dissertation I have also learnt the skill and
knowledge related to interact with people. In the survey session I have collected the information
from the various respondents by which I have learnt to interact and communicate with other
people. This has improved my communication skill. In addition to this I have also learnt the
write the questionnaire about the subject. I have taken so many benefits from this entire
investigation as I have also learnt that military framework within the country is very significant
through which country citizens and territory can get protected. If within the country, there is
effective military framework and effective policies of air force then their citizen can get effective
advantage about the security and protection. In this entire dissertation I have gain the significant
knowledge of the military framework and its role in the country growth and development. This
is very significant topic in order to protect the country citizen and territory. In order to provide
protection to the country citizen and territory, country's government have to focus on the
effective rules, regulation, policies and practices of the Maltese military system so as their people
can get proper protection and security. From this entire dissertation, major views and perception
about the military system in the country has been changed. Before this study I have every less
knowledge and idea about the military framework in the country but by this research
investigation I have effectively known about the significance of military framework within the
country and its role in the citizen life. With assistance of the literature review I have made
several themes on the topic about the military framework by which I have gain the knowledge
and understanding about the subject. Thus, at the last I wanted to thank full my tutor who have
