INTRODUCTIONThe involvement of human resource practices tends to throw much positive impact on theoverall development of the company (Brewster, Chung and Sparrow, 2016). There are variousprocesses involved in the human resource management of Google as well and some well knownand common examples include HR planning, analysis of the profile, designing, selection,recruitment, retention, development of the career etc. The report is about the way, Google makesuse of the human resource practices so that they can be able enough to reach their goal which isthe development of the services that can help in improving the life of people. Brief discussion of Google UKGoogle is an American multinational company and one of the leading companies in allover the world. It makes use of the human resource practices on a wider basis. Whether it isabout the planning, selection or recruiting the smarter and capable minds etc. The company hasachieved a lot since its development and somewhere the outputs etc. are the results ofimplementing and involving a proper and structured planning and techniques of the humanresource management. The value and culture at Google is so emphasising that every employeewants to be a part of Google but in the practices of the human resource management of it,although the processes such as selection, recruitment etc. are same as of the other organisationsbut the employees should be enough capable and skilled to be at there. Standardised practices area part of Google and they are different from that of the other organisations (Sheehan, 2014). Theculture of an organisation also matters a lot. But Google has been successful enough inmaintaining it that the goal of all the employees working there is the achievement of goals andtargets at a much faster rate. Although there are various areas of the human resource practicesthat are being implied on the operations and procedures of Google but some factors that are mostfocused upon involves training, learning, development and employee relations. Environment operating at Google UKCurrently, Google is operating on a wider basis covering all the major operations andfunctions. Also, involving a wide range of the human resource practices, in actually focusing onsome such as training and development and the employee relations. It is because this is obviousenough that when people are new to the organisation, they must not be aware of the way to dothe task etc. Initially, this can be tough for the new employees to understand properly the way ofdoing so.
