Imperial hotel suffering from negative vibes at work place which lead to poor mental health outcomes. Du e to ineffective employee policies, employees get fully dissatisfied with environment of the hotel. Overall, issues create lack of uncertainty and ineffective performance outcomes which is not fully satisfied and inappropriate to get the proper outcomes. The major issues identified out of the analysation process is that, employees are taking sick leaves due to high work pressure which leads poor attendance and unsatisfactory work level.
