INTRODUCTION Cooperation is the also called as collaboration which allows single person to worktogether to accomplish determined and common aims of the company. Teams workcollaboratively frequently access larger resources, identify and rewards when facing competitionfor bounded resources (Mayrose and Freilich, 2015). This study is based on New Beach Resortin Sri Lanka. Report will recommend ways of measuring of cooperation between inter-departments. It will explain different kinds of barrier of communication and strategy to overcomethem.MAIN BODY.Recommend ways of measures for inter-departmental cooperationInter-departmental is the representing various departments as of business, academicorganizations or government. As per the view of Pons-Morera, Canós-Darós and Gil-Pechuan,(2018) there are many strategies for measuring the inter-departmental cooperation in the newbeach resorts in Sri Lanka. Strategies include offer context, exercise empathy, embraceconfusion, develop common language, get engaged in procedure of other department, celebratewins, encourage feedback, promote environment psychological safety and other strategies (11Ways to Improve Collaboration Between Departments, 2019). Also, effective communicationwill aid to better collaboration between individuals and teams which impact on team work andaccomplish the common goals of themselves as well as company. Highly inter-departmentalcollaboration can aid to improve the consumer services and increasing consumer satisfaction inthe new beach resort in Sir Lanka.According to that Dredge and et.al., (2016) the director of new breach resorts in SriLanka will recommend their colleagues and staff members for measuring the ways of inter-departmental cooperation at the workplace. It is necessary to effective communication andcollaboration between each department of the organization. Staff members can encouragesharing the information and aid team members stay on high items which they need to review andcomment. Also, they require right software to assist such communication. In order to thatLozovitskaya and Weerakit, (2017) Employees can create culture of collaboration andrelationship between departments heads or managers which influence on team work in the beach1
