INTRODUCTIONCommunication management is the refers as plan which assist the managers and the otherworkforce to interact with each other in the organizations. This process is required to be doneeffectively because communication is the source of exchanging information. The crucialinformation of the company is exchanged form one party to another. In order to make effectivecommunication at workplace, the managers needs to focus on communication management. Thepresent report is based on the case study of Samsung which is a leading company in terms ofelectronics, engineering and chemicals. The cited document is prepared with a motive to depictthe use of communication channels by this stated venture. In addition to this, it also focuses onthe use of strategies in order to improve the storing and collection of information (Hollensen,2015).TASK 11.1As per the current scenario, Samsung is going to launch GSM network to enter the globalmarket. In order to introduce new services, the manager of this company needs to take certaindecisions for the manifestation of the plan. The management needs to gather information atdifferent levels as from operational, strategic and tactical. In terms of tactical decisions, theorganization needs to identity its target market. This will allow the company to know the actualusers of the GSM network. In addition to this, the company will also be required to identify thefinancial decisions so that proper allocation of financial resources can be done. Besides this, themanagement of Samsung should focus on making strategic plan with reference to planning,organizing and controlling. Al l these decisions will allow this company to to manifest the planin an effective manner.The company will also be required to identify the location for their office. For aninstance, the firm is planning to offer GSM services for which the organization is required toopen customer service centres and its corporate office. For the same, the management shouldfocus on location (Bhatt, G. D., 2001).1.2In order to ensure the effective decision making by the management of Samsung, thecompany needs to examine the certain level of information and knowledge. It allows thecompany to gain overall view of the plan that is going to be implemented by the top management1
