Objectives: Through learning leadership, the students will enhance skills
and attributes to manage team, people and promote
collaboration in lifelong situations. It will enhance their
employability skills to achieve a position of a leader.

The learners will enhance their skills and practical knowledge
though power point presentations, assessments, articles,
debates and report.
This shows that, there is requirement which ensure that
learning will make the leadership easy and effective. There
are various assessments which take place in the learning and
education of leadership. It will keep acknowledged about the
skills and capabilities of the leaners. All the summative and
formative feedbacks will influence upon the key practices.

Resources:
Books articles, journals, power point, software, smart boards,
Kohoot, notes, workbooks. Suggested Text Books, Hand
notes and key practices.
Learners: The students are the age of 18+ which the level of certification
in leadership.
Teachers: The teachers will undertake and conduct various delivery
programmes who have expertise in leadership areas.

Analyse the key role of
leadership and how it is
important for individuals at
workplace.
It is the session which involve the
importance and introduction about the
leadership activity. There is requirement
of understanding the leadership to ensure
that the leaners will understand the whole
concept.
UNIT- 2 Aim
Evaluation of various
leadership principles and
approaches to be used in
workplace area.
The learners will gran the knowledge
about various styles and approaches that
leaders can use. It will help in analysing
the best suitable style which matches with
ow individual personality. It will take
effective practice for the leading and
managing the work fields.
UNIT- 3 Aim
Apply the relevant
leadership practices to the
case studies for solving
business problems.
This will showcase the practical
knowledge and understanding about
usefulness of leadership practice
therefore, the leaners will get influence in
using the leadership in an effective
manner. It will give awards and prizes for
solving the case study issues.
