INTRODUCTION
The project report explains business structure of CEX company with primary analysis
and secondary analysis where there are various parameters analysed worked on which are
progressively worked on within retail industry. The CEX retail chain company deals in
buying and selling DVDs, video games and digital devices including mobiles phones and
laptops where there are various scenarios with innovation worked on. Report analyses
business structure paradigms with primary and secondary research determinants, along with
focus onto interpretations and various recommendations for generating stronger working
advancement which will generate stronger working parameters. Report will be explaining
interpretation with use of business models for generating higher profits and stronger goodwill
among consumers within wide range of competitive industry.
MAIN BODY
Trends in retail (Secondary research)
The retail industry trends are widely expanding on major parameters with high
innovation and determinants of higher creativity and stronger functional synergy where there
are various new brands and companies growing in electronics retail industry. CEX being
privately owned company trades with customers offering cash and vouchers for various
redemptions in CEX shop where customers receive wide range of products and services
within showrooms where some premium and new items are offered. CEX offers 2 years
warranty to customers on all products, services where they can also avail wide range of
functional innovation and advancement onto large paradigms. Secondary analysis will enable
to generate wider analysis of how company has been working onto major scenarios and for
gaining larger knowledge which will enable deeper analysis (Anabila, 2020).

CEX company internal analysis can be understood as follows where there are various
parameters analysed developing within internal body frame of company:

Strengths: CEX strengths within business can be understood with the fact that
company has large stores and retail chains within world where there are various
number of products, services for programming higher functional place among
consumers. Large availability with retail chains has made business position highly
strengthened and widely available for consumers where brand has widely made strong
place within global market and retail electronics industry.
Weaknesses: CEX weakness is understood with the fact that various scenarios
working as major competitive quality standards, brand lacks quality standards and
innovation with higher creativity where promising growth can be seen. Consumer’s
preferences are also widely growing which is an important element onto which
company shall attain stronger synergy with continuous improvements and larger new
exploration scope where CEX shall strategically plan higher investments (Andrews,
and Shimp, 2017).
Opportunities: CEX has opportunities to focus onto bringing on various new
categories within products in stores and also focus further onto digital marketing and
working space with higher innovation along with larger creativity paradigms. This
will develop higher quality goals and also uplift larger quality goals by working at
pace, which will enhance wider paradigms, also keenly bring on focus of more
competitive positions within retail industry.
Threats: CEX faces threat of changing retail industry where company is yet to
explore continuous improvements and higher synergy of working innovation as
compared with various brands within world. It can be also understood that the less
promotion investments, less functional advancement onto digital media has proven to
be factored of threat for brand.
Value chain analysis
The value chain analysis is one of the most innovative model where company
business activities for analysing how company creates wide range of competitiveness for
itself. This enables us to analyse how company understands various aspects of
programming addition to value in production and marketing scenarios for generating
higher profits and larger working ethics (Camilleri, 2018). Running efficiently on
