speaking other language then it's hard to understand their demand.

individual cannot communicate with others.
 some of the physical problems like weak hearing power or the difficulties in
the speeches

opposite genders then the employees can shy to communicate with them and

(Raina and Roebuck., 2016). This become challenges for them when they have to face this kind of problems at the workplace. This makes them
demotivated.

Employees should listen to the managers when they are providing information about their task (Oetzel, J. 2017). This will make them understand
their duty, and they will able to complete their task properly and effectively.
Use Body language
Body language is the best way to overcome from the barriers of the communication. Employees of the bus company can use this strategy to
overcome from the language problems. They can use their hands and body gesture to understand their customers and communicate with them.
Asking question
Clarification of the information is necessary and for that they need to ask questions to their superiors. Asking question about the problems
