It has been examined that leaders has to face the challenge related to building trust between the employees. It is considered as the difficult task for the leaders as employee hesitate to communicate with the leaders their queries and opinions (Burke and Barron, 2014).It is important for the leaders to maintain trust with the employees so that it can be easy to share their opinion and view with each other (Johnson, 2017).But in the recent era, the leaders face the issue related with creating trust between the employees.Like Steve Jobs face the issue on the initial level in reference of building trust between the employees but later the trust was maintained between the employees of Apple Company. Steve motivated their employees by saying that people who have passion can change the world for better. This created trust within the employees and they started coordinating with their leader (Gallo, 2018). The next challenge is related with managing the conflict. In the workplace there are conflicts which take place between the employees. So, it creates a challenge for the leaders to manage the conflicts. Sometimes, it also creates a difficult situation for the leaders to find out the solution (Hartner-Tiefenthaler, Clarke and Holdsworth, 2018).In context to this challenge Steve Jobs also faced this challenge in Apple Company. Sometimes it creates a challenge to manage the conflict in the workplace. Lack of motivation is also considered as a challenge which the leaders face in the workplace. It has been seen that there are employees who are not able to give their best towards the organizational activities (Schwab, 2017).The challenge is for the leaders to motivate the employees so that goals and objectives of the organization can be attained. Like when Steve jobs returned to Apple it has been investigated that he turned the company into the sensational powerhouse and he was declared as a genius. When starting Apple with the partnership of Steve Wozniak, Jobs was boosted after too many failed projects (McKenna and Wenzel, 2016). So, it has been concluded that there are various challenges which are faced by the leaders in the workplace. But it requires the right technique to be considered by the leaders so that success can be achieved. Also, Steve jobs considered various techniques like honesty, dedication towards the job and minimized the challenges which are taking place in the workplace. 2
