Overview of case study-
The case study is based on the “Thames Valley Building Society”, Tony Jackson was first employed
in the organization but he was left after 2- years because there was no specific permanent position
available. After 9 years, company was expanding their business and achieve desirable growth in
marketplace. Afterwards, Tony Jackson again applied in same company and got the job.
Jane Taylor as senior branch assistant, It is always supports for Tony and provide brief idea of their
main responsibility with a proper quality and accuracy of work. But after some times, it might have
identified the clash between Tony and Jane, which was directly affecting the work responsibilities.
At that time, it has been examined the different kind of organizational behavior issues such as lack
of trust, low engagement and lack of motivation.

Issues-1 Lack of trust
Definition- A lack of trust can develop workplaces sick and Dysfunctional in the
workplace.
Sometimes, it is to be consider as virus that can develop a lot of conflicts among
employees. Generally, it often begins with leadership and spread through team members.
Whenever, it is leading a cycle of unhealthy responses that affect productivity and
engagement. Trust among team members, who don’t trust with their leaders and not
properly listen their leader in workplace. In this way, it has been increased the situation of
lack of trust issues among team-working.
