In the current era, weaker students have more expectancy to learn new knowledge and chances for the higher education. MAIN BODY a) Identify the importance of the foundation year for students and explain why it is important Foundation year is an entry gate for every student whose aim is to pursue education and information on a proactive basis. A foundation year can be seen as a stepping stone to enter into the world of higher education to achieve right qualification to go straight onto degree programs. Foundation years are mainly found in a universities with provides students with full time course and education to ensure long term growth in career. Foundation year is the initial stage to start with higher education in the UK through admission in recognised universities of the Britain. An importance of the foundation year is to teach importance of the courses what peoples are pursues and challenges or difficulties to be faced during the courses along with how these challenges can be overcomes in the given point of time(Kaplan and Haenlein, M., 2016).Especially, foundation year is one of the essential stage for weak students, so as to makes them confident to gain success into the life. This is important, because weaker comes with an expectancy to learn things, meant to learn new skills & knowledge and get an effective success in own career. Foundation year provides supporting cultures & environment to students so that they would feel free and makes themselves comfortable to pursue higher education. The development of a foundation years has opened door for those who may have thought university with an option for those who have left out their high schooling and looking to pursues further educations.
This is important because higher education have an expectancy to learn new skills, also knowledge’s as well as information so that student would not have shortage in their career and let it be run down with an easy or higher satisfaction. With help of the foundation year, it would be suitable to makes a career more productive to bring out harmony in the life. For students who are looking to pursue a higher education must have vision, mission and values that must be linked to foundation year. Also, lack of the diversity in learning cultures is a critical which is acting as demotivating factors for the foundation year students to learn or choose their courses in given time period. Study skills such as effective reading, organised, writing and speaking, if having proper in any student, it would help university to focus on developing infrastructures for the students of the higher education on a larger basis (Bunce and et. al., 2017).Also, this will helps foundation year students to gather and grow their interest to learn more. This kind of urge will helps universities to invest heavily in building infrastructures for graduation students, so that they would learn more. Higher level skill will puts emphasises and pressure on the university to changes standard of providing education and knowledge’s. Interest in the higher education will helps university to learn more and high to gather objectives of the social development on a major side of business. Skill will inspired the university to invest more in providing effective knowledge and also education to survive in society and creates self-brand image of an institution. This was realised that, it is necessary for university to adopt right strategies and action plan for taking and implementing programs or courses for higher education student for their own development as
well as enrichments of the career and professional enrichment for longer time period. These skills must be gather by every individual who are pursuing, so that people should achieve their vision and goals in minimum time. Foundation year student with skills will get their harmony and peace in its career and also learn new things or information or knowledge’s. With higher skill, university would get a kind of support and suitability with the help of which they can bring change for foundation year student to learn or adapts new things. Students are here advised to rise their current study skills and competencies, so that university should their need to learn and grow to provide long term education program for career development or changes. d) Drawing conclusion from all given points Foundation year student are long aspiring youth, whose motive is to pursue long term study and education for brings out harmony and full-fledged career in its career. University must have investment budget and funds on providing infrastructures and staff for offering quality education, so that, they would feel confident while sharing students with a quality education in given period of time.
