Executive Summary
T.A.R.D.I.S is a health organisation that is recently positioned to expand its services and the
company also has recently acquired a new medical centre that has a high number of patients in
the T.A.R.D.I.S systems. The objective of the report was to analyse the problems faced by
T.A.R.D.I.S based on which effective solutions will be offered to the company in dealing with
such issues.T.A.R.D.I.S has developed several strategies in maintaining its operations successful
in the global medical industry. The company develops transformational solutions through
challenging the boundaries of commercialization strategies with an approach to improve lives of
its target patients. T.A.R.D.I.S is observed to face the issue in its information management
systems they have been involved in a reactive approach to several aspects that was not important
to the client information protection or the legal and legislation requirements. In order to address
this identified concern, T.A.R.D.I.S must consider implementation of newly launched and
advanced hardware and software systems in all its healthcare units globally.

Introduction
T.A.R.D.I.S is a group of health organisations operating in the Australian health care
industry that operates established medical centres in four distinct locations within Southern
Tasmania. It is renowned for offering exceptional quality along with a broad range of services in
a caring, friendly as well as highly professional environment (Amplity Health. 2019).
T.A.R.D.I.S is a health organisation that is recently positioned to expand its services and the
company also has recently acquired a new medical centre that has a high number of patients in
the T.A.R.D.I.S systems. While such acquisitions it was clarified that there were several data
integrity needs potential for duplication of data and there is also a requirement to be more
digitally intelligent with the communication of patient records along with needed specialist
referrals (Asija and Nallusamy 2016). The company has plans for further business expansion
based on which it has commissioned to produce a learnt lesson report regarding the ways they
can position themselves as most “ICT Intelligence” organisation in terms of information and
knowledge management approaches. The objective of the report is to analyse the problems faced
by T.A.R.D.I.S based on which effective solutions will be offered to the company in dealing with
such issues. The operational fields of the company will also be explained along with evaluating
the effectiveness of its existing marketing strategies.
