The changes areaimed at bringing in improvements in the market share of the organization to 7.5%. Review the organization’s current policies, practices and operations delivered against the organization’s strategic goals The steps that are being undertaken by the company are based on the improvements thatare required. It helps in bringing in improvements in the market situation of the organization.The operations that are being undertaken by the organization are based on the courier services.The scale of the services are based on the requirements of the clients. The concerned companyundertakes steps in order to ensure a well-motivated workforce and therefore enhance theactivities through the implementation of technology such as the GPS and the PDA’s. It helps theorganization in keeping a track of the improvements that are being aimed by the company. thegoals of the company based on the empowerment of the employees helps in enhancing thefunctions undertaken by the organization. On the other hand, the technologies that are beingadopted by the company help in monitoring over the services that are being delivered. In order toshorten the delivery timings and thereby undertake proper delivery timings, technologies like theinclusion of the PDA’s and the GPS systems helps in enhancing the functioning of theemployees.

The major functions and thechange that is being undertaken by the organization is based on the inclusion of the muchrequired technology of the GPS and the PDA’s which is aimed at assisting the truck drivers withthe information of the location of the clients. It will also help them in cutting off the time that isrequired for searching the location of the clients. On the other hand, the company has taken stepsto train the employees for the efficient functioning. The market share of the company can beenhanced through the smooth functioning of the business, which is facilitated by the integratedactivities undertaken by the employees. Therefore, the company is taking steps in order toempower the employees in a healthy manner. The company is also looking forward to includemore 16 trucks for the expansion of the business. It will be helping the company in undertakingnew intakes of the human resource that might be resourceful for the growth of the company inthe market.
