into smaller tasks so that it will be easier to complete the task based on schedule. Smaller project
goals should have higher potential for project success.
Execution: This project life cycle phase turns the plan into actions. The project work is kept
on track, manage the timeline and ensure that the work is done based on original project plan.
Closure: At this phase, the project manager is suggested to provide the project resources, as
well as determine the project success. It is required to evaluate what did not work with the project
plan. The project performance is analysed based on project goals, time and budget. The team
performance is analysed to meet with goals along with quality project work.
Conclusion
It is concluded that from the change request form that there are three possible changes
which are analysed into the project such as project scope, time, budget and resources. The changes
in those four factors are required so that the project can complete within scheduled time and
budget. The main aspect of this project plan is to meet with client’s requirements so that the project
can get success. Those changes are provided high impact on budget, cost, objectives and quality. The
project manager is followed of phases of project life cycle so that all the possible changes are
implemented on time. Usage of project management tools also provides a huge impact on project
completion as well as success. Extra resources are added those have project management skills as
well as experience to work into the project.
