different countries. Company is growing its reputation for consistency and reliability in regard to
achieve high production and cash cost guidance. Also, it has been assessed that company is
achieving outstanding level of environmental performance in all of its workplaces so that
changes and trends can be managed effectively and efficiently (Andreas and et. al., 2011).
Further, Evolution Mining is focused towards adopting effective environmental safeguarding
measures so that it can protect and conserve the natural resources so that desired results can be
attained.
Also, it is essential for business to carry out effective environmental protocols so that best
practices can be executed within key business risk areas. For instance, Waste Rock Management,
Cyanide Management and Mine Closure and Rehabilitation etc. need to be practised effectively
so that workplace requirement can be meet accordingly. Further, the firm needs to carry out
proper auditing on regular basis so that implementing Environmental Protocols helps in
achieving desired results. Also, management of firm is focused upon improving environmental
