Organisational requirements
3. Developing research plan
a. The tasks that are to be undertaken for the research are identifying the compliance
along with its effect and requirement in Charity Care. The manner in which every department
of the care centre can contribute for its positivity provides for conducting the research
b. The research methods required include findings from books, journals and websites.
The compliance culture and compliance figures of the organisation can be gathered from the
analysis of the case study
4. Developing survey tools
The survey tools for understanding the organisational data include developing
questionnaire that can help in understanding the feedback of the customers (Kelman 2017).
With the help of the questionnaire method, the managers of Charity Care can identify proper
feedback that is required for the development of the organisation.
6. Researching compliance requirements
a. The internal compliance requirement of the organisation is that Charity Care need
to provide the staffs with proper reimbursement so that they remain motivated to work in the
organisation. The employees need to be provided with fair amount of money for the work
done by them. In the case of injury or any other health related hazards, it is essential that
Charity Care maintain proper and legal compliance.
b. The external compliance requirement as described by the State includes include
risk management policy, sexual harassment policy, credit card policy and financial handling
policy. These policies can help in maintaining the ethical compliance within the organisation
and ensure that the rules of the State are followed.
