3. Developing research plan
a. The tasks that are to be undertaken for the research are identifying the compliance
along with its effect and requirement in Charity Care. The manner in which every department
of the care centre can contribute for its positivity provides for conducting the research
b. The research methods required include findings from books, journals and websites.
The compliance culture and compliance figures of the organisation can be gathered from the
analysis of the case study
4. Developing survey tools
The survey tools for understanding the organisational data include developing
questionnaire that can help in understanding the feedback of the customers (Kelman 2017).
With the help of the questionnaire method, the managers of Charity Care can identify proper
feedback that is required for the development of the organisation.
6. Researching compliance requirements
a. The internal compliance requirement of the organisation is that Charity Care need
to provide the staffs with proper reimbursement so that they remain motivated to work in the
organisation. The employees need to be provided with fair amount of money for the work
done by them. In the case of injury or any other health related hazards, it is essential that
Charity Care maintain proper and legal compliance.
b. The external compliance requirement as described by the State includes include
risk management policy, sexual harassment policy, credit card policy and financial handling
policy. These policies can help in maintaining the ethical compliance within the organisation
and ensure that the rules of the State are followed.

c. The industry specific compliance includes maintaining the general fee structure that
is a part of the industry. This includes providing the employees compensation for the work
done and ensures that misconduct or fraud does not take place within the organisation.
Therefore, it can be said that these compliance and specifications can help with the success of
Charity Care.
7. Researching the areas
a. The areas of the organisation that can be affected by the compliance include the
financial area as well as the human resource area.
b. Organisational compliance data includes high fraud of credit card and its theft. The
breach of disciplinary action need to be addressed so that the compliance related to industry,
organisation and State can be comprehended (Chow 2016).
c. The risks that are involved for the non-compliance with requirements include
violation of legal laws that may lead to the illegal conduct of work.
d. The penalty for breaching the compliance includes a fine of up to $1 million or
closing down of the company due to lack of support from the Government,
e. Legal requirements can be met along with the compliance by analysing the external
and internal factors that are involved for the success of an organisation.
8. Reviewing the established criteria
a. The compliance options that are available include mitigating the threats such as
fraud or the improper management of the employees. The compliance option for Charity Care
includes understanding the manner in which every employee can provide contribution to the
organisation (Gass and Seiter 2015).

b. The established criteria for the compensation plan include meeting the basic
requirements of organisation so that it can achieve its objectives. The compliance contributes
well with one another and ensures that it can help Charity Care to continue with its business.
c. The recommendation that can be made includes complying the Government.
Security of the organisation needs to be doubled so that fraud and other theft can be
prevented. At the same time, it is also necessary that Charity Cross provide its employees
with the required finance for compensation.
9. Developing summary of the report
It can be said that the compliance of Charity Cross need to maintain the
organisational, state and industry specifications. In order to ensure that the organisation is run
in a stable manner, it is necessary that the organisation provides support to the employees so
that it can continue to satisfy the customers and continue to progress in the society.
10. Writing a reflection
a. The research that was undertaken is case study analysis
b. The research plan was developed based on the internal and external process of
Charity Cross and the manner in which it can mitigate the loss of compliance
c. The development of the survey tools was done keeping in mind the importance of
survey techniques and the manner in which Charity Cross can use the feedback received by
the customers.
d. The quantitative and qualitative data were analysed to the best of my knowledge
taking into consideration information available that help in the completion of the project.
