This is mainly concerned with the health facilities of the people around the country. The management model that will help the organization in expanding its work is the Kotter’s 8 step change model. This was basically developed with the aim of need for urgent changes within the organization (Bryson 2018). This will help in bringing the substantial change by following the 8 steps that are involved in this change model.
