FORMATIVE1.The living style of aboriginal people is based on their specific culture and values whichare the major factors leading to various health problems and do not allow anyone toprovide them medication. Accordingto beliefs to aborginal peopleifperson is not wellthan the individual is struggling with some possession of some special powers (Rush,Healy and Arunachalam,2015). Apart from this, there is lack of communication which isthe major factor that is impacting the health of indigenous people because Australianhealth organisation do not take effective measures to interact with the indigenous societyand if in case, some aboriginal patients comes to health organisation, then the personfaces discrimination. Thus, it has been determined that Aboriginal and/or Torres StraitIslander clients in Australian health sector are suffering from malnutrition.2.In order to facilitate effective participation of Torres islander in Australian society, it isimportant for the society to consider and change the cultural realities like, the peopleshould not face discrimination due to their different living style and culture, creatingawareness about the indigenous people and improvement measures, increasingparticipation in work activities, allowing people to mingle with Australian society,encouraging education and knowledge. Further, advising on ant racism and determiningthe respect for culture, value and beliefs, equal mentoring to indigenous people in orderto make them aware about the norms of society. Thus, providing equal health carefacilities, education, employment and place to live are other realities which can promotefull participation of Torres Strait Islander (Smith and et.al.,2014).3.Communicating with the indigenous people about improving their lifestyle, employmentopportunities, stable working and safe working conditions, equal access of living canassist government and social workers in eliminating disparity and discrimination fromsociety. Apart from this, providing them space to stay with Australian society is thefactor which will assist in establishing stable environment for these people which willassist them in growth. Thus, interacting with gestures and communicating about healthissues and proper diet special to women is the major strategy which can be implementedto address cultural factors and can influence service delivery pattern.
