A. Sleep and rest pattern of children can include in the preferences of the family which can help to
support individual routine for babies and toddler. Sleep and rest pattern can allow family member to
take rest when baby or toddler are sleeping.
B. Supporting Meal time to meet a nutritional requirement, it is hard to maintain. In this, there is
need to include the preferences of family which can be effective and support to to fulfil the routine
for babies and toddlers.
C. Toileting and nappy changing routine can also be done on the proper time. For this, there is need
support of a family member to take care about the preferences during performing these activity.

Answer
There are various rules and regulations which includes the National legislative framework which
includes seven accessible quality areas to include assessment process in National quality standard.
National quality area to of NQS includes the children's health and safety. these include their health
about wellbeing and comfort along with health practices and procedures with Healthy lifestyle and
their safety. It also includes supervision incident and emergency management and child protection.
