Question 1 Explanation about the observer might influence interaction and behaviour
An observer can influence interaction and behaviours because they always consider the
behaviours of other. They effectively analyse the situation and responds to another person
(Alhatmi, 2011). An observer have ability to analyse and observe the person of another one so as
they can easily analyse the situation and obtain the results and conclusion. An observer have
different kind of the quality and skills to interact with the people so they have quality to
influence the behaviour of another person.
Question 2 Describe the quality area that discusses approved learning framework
The national quality standard is a key aspect of the national quality framework and sets a high ,
national benchmark for early childhood education and care (Bernard, 2013). The major objective
of this national quality standard is to deliver the appropriate care and education to the children so
as they can improve their level and health. On the other hand approved learning frameworks is a
framework named in the national regulations. There are two national regulatory frameworks such
as belonging , being and becoming, my time , my place.
Question 3 Explanation about the developmental norms are and how they are used
Developmental norms are that standards by which development and progress of the children can
measure in an effective manner (Brand, 2012). With help of this norm, any health care
organisation can easily analyse the progress and development of the children and according to
the situation right and appropriate service and care can provided by the health care experts. This
assist to the teachers to judge the appropriateness of certain types of curriculum for the children
of certain ages and development levels.
Question 4 Information that might useful to an educator if working with children from other
culture
While any health care practitioner interact with other cultures children then they must have
knowledge about the other culture and region (Clark, 2011). It is very important for the health
care practitioner in order to take acre of the children who came from other country. In order to
take care of other culture children, child care worker should have knowledge about the different
culture and they also must have knowledge about their languages.

Question 5 Organisational standard, policies and procedures related to collecting information
about the children
IN order to collect the information about the children care, there should be a specific policy,
practices and standard through which employees can easily collect the information about the
children background, culture, language, health issue, habits etc. With help of the information
about the children, health care practitioner and educator can easily identify and analyse the
condition and situation of the children (Emerson and et.al., 2012). In an organisation there
should be a specific policies, standard and procedure related to collecting information about the
children so as they can easily collect about the children habits, background , culture etc.
Question 6 Identification about the regulatory legislative requirement of the child care industry
According to the children service standard 2009, government have implied the rule to deliver
effective health care services to the children so as they can improve their issue (Drenning, 2006).
The national quality standard sets a new national benchmark for the quality of education and care
services. The education and care service approved under the national quality framework will
assessed rated against each of the seven quality area of the national quality standards and
national regulation. As per the child care act 1991 and children act 2001, health care practitioner
and child care taker , teacher have to provide the effective care services and education to the
children so as they can improve their level.
Question 7 Selection about the one of the approved learning framework and discussion about its
elements
Approved learning frameworks is a framework named in the national regulations. There are two
national regulatory frameworks such as belonging , being and becoming, my time , my place. In
the context of belonging, being and becoming, it guides educator to develop quality programs for
young children (Hudson,2002). It also describes the early childhood pedagogy (principles and
practice) and the outcomes that provide goals for young children's learning.
Question 8 Code of ethics is and describes its significance in a child care setting
In the child care setting, ethics is significant aspect that help in proving effective care to the
children. One of the major ethic is related to the discrimination. The health care practitioner
should not discriminate with any children in order to deliver the care services in the health care
setting. They should treat all children in equal manner and they should provide equal facilities
and services to them so as they can improve their health issue in an effective manner. Another

major ethic is related to the right care services and medicines (Leathard, 2004). All health care
practitioner should deliver the right and appropriate care services and medicines to the children
so as they can improve their health.
Question 9 Work with collaboratively with families, communities and other educators
An educator can work collaborative with families, communities and other educator in effective
manner because they have knowledge and effective understanding handling the people , families
and relatives at the workplace (MacDonald, 2005). With the families, communities and other
educator they can effectively maintain an understanding and relation so as they can collectively
work with them. Furthermore, they have effective knowledge and idea to deal with the different
people. With help of their effective knowledge, understanding and idea, they can collectively
work together and conclude the effective solution of the problem and design effective planning.

1. The communication that children must able to conduct at age of four
The things that Children at the age of Four must able to do in relation to linguistic development
include increasing vocabulary and development of understanding about basic grammar rules. The
children at the age of four must be able to identify and spell basic emotion such as happy, angry.
Sad etc. The child must be able to facilitate small negotiation with other people or children. The
child who belongs to age of four should able to use some complex sentences when
communicating with other. Such complex word includes because, so, if etc. (Schaufeli,Maslach
and Marek, eds., 2017)
2. Information that can be gathered about children and their parents
In enrolment procedures the parents of the child required to provide various information
such as name of the child, detail address, the detail of the people those who can pick child after
the completion of schools hours, complete data about the physical heath or medical information
about child, it also involves immunisation states. The information about the child needs,
preferences, interest etc. The parent qualification, family background, name of family members,
Whether the children spend time with people other than their family, Whether the child family
are involved in community, country in which child was born , language etc.
