This child development m it be taking place on an all-round basis. In other words, all early childhood professionals must be making sure that they are taking into account all the different factors affecting this domain on a global level.

Early childhood development is one of the growing sectors in this modern day scenario.
It is essential to give proper training and development process for the development of children.
This child development m it be taking place on an all-round basis. In other words, all early
childhood professionals must be making sure that they are taking into account all the different
factors affecting this domain on a global level. Thus, a company’s team of leaders must make
sure that they are making some discount offers for the families who belong from a low socio
economic background. The early childhood companies must make some concessions or
discounts for those parents who cannot afford vey high price.
I have chosen to work over this particular topic as I find this very interesting. I feel that
early child care development is significant because it is the very stepping stone in that shapes the
future of the children. As per my perception, geographical locations is one of the hugely
influential factors. This is because the early childhood care centers that are working in the
advanced areas can provide better education and developmental care to the children (Brilli, Del
Boca and Pronzato, 2016). It will, in turn, be able to imbibe a very helpful and supportive
environment within the children. In the other and if the early childcare center is operating in any
undeveloped, remote and unimpressive regions it will not be able to give a proper educational
training or social development to the children (Black et al., 2017).
The company leaders must understand that they have to develop the children living in the
interior and the remote regions as well. In order to do this they have to collaborate with
different NGOs that will be helping them to reach out to the families living in poor
geographical contexts. Apart from this the company leaders have to recruit staffs from all
the different culture so that they can have a diversified workforce. This in turn will help
them to cater to the needs of children belonging from the backward or minority cultures. For an

instance the children from the African backgrounds might suffer from fears of marginalization.
Thus the company leaders have to recruit staffs from this same background that will help the
company to cater to the needs of these children by making them mix with other children and
treating all of them equally.
The other global factor that is becoming essential is the socioeconomic status. I feel that
the social and the economic aspects of the parents or the child's family profoundly impact early
child care development. Parents who are having a sound financial condition can afford to send
their children to well furnished and well-developed schools and child care centers. The children
belonging to low-income families do not get access to equally well-developed schools or other
centers. The working parents all over the world are taking help of the daycare centers or the
childhood centers to take care of their children in their absences.
As per the opinion of Britto et al., (2017) children belonging to an excellent
socioeconomic status can get right and healthy nutrition. A result of this their physical and
mental activities are much more developed than the ones born in a less low economic or social
background. Cultural influence is also a global issue affecting early child care development.
Learning and reinforcement take place in a better manner where children are exposed to a good
cultural environment (Richter et al., 2017). For instance, children who are exposed to cultural
environment get the impetus of learning cultural activities like the song, dance, musical
instruments, and others. On the other hand, children growing up in less culturally developed
environments hardly get any cultural exposure. Thus these aspects have to be taken into
consideration on a global basis. This can be done if the Government takes up the issues on a
serious note and tries to develop various campaign or awareness sessions for giving proper
tanking to the parents all over the world.
