INTRODUCTION Health and well being of a child is very crucial, which comes from perfect exercise thathelps them to grow in healthier manner. Children should be given an opportunity to play andexercise in their young age as possible to ensure their health development in correct manner. Present study will be based on children health & well being by explaining several typesof benefits of exercise as it helps to develop the organs of body, lung capacity is improved,supports the development of bones etc. are going to be discussed (Bradshaw, ed., 2016). Furthermore, it will also present three plan activities for children well growing of thechildren, who covers different age range and the age appropriate accordingly. It allows children to have a better outlook of life by buildingconfidence, managing anxiety and reduce depression even and also enhance level of confidenceamong children. Parents should be aware to being very attentive and serious towards theirchildren. Children wellbeing is a more concerning part for the parents that helps to ensure childrenproper healthy and fit growth (Davies, Knuiman and Rosenberg, 2015). It gives groovy andenlarging process of doing great things and better in advancing level. At the time of early age, babies are needed special care by parents to make more efficientand knowledgeable. For that, parents should make proper diet plan for their child in order toensure better growth. Exercise gives various opportunities to children to play when they becomeyoung as possible to ensure better quality and growth. There are different benefits that help tounderstand the importance of exercise for children development. Development of organs: The organs are most crucial essential part for human body. Itmakes easier to live life happily and fit (Donnelly and et.al., 2016). Without taking care of allorgans through exercise, it might affect the children health. It makes children more energetic andchallenging growth action. It makes children body more flexible and reliable. Aids sleeping and eating patterns: Exercise will also provide the best plan or sleepingroutine for children that helps in child sleep and eating patterns. Children should exercise twicein a day to benefit and energetic. Moreover, it brings the better growth and managing effectivechildren health care according to their diet plan. This will help to take care of children betterhealth and growth for the child proper growth. Supports the development of bones: It gives the proper supports and better quality oftask making performance. It is the long term process and makes good things and growth. Overall,it takes the best effective growth making task (Hirshkowitz and et.al., 2015). The best exerciseand activities for maintaining bones energy through walking, running and others. These forms ofexercise will help children to be strong and well effective that helps to maintain their physicalability to grow later in life. Aid socialization: Children are energetic and socialistic in order to make friends and getattached to human beings.
