Right to Survival, Right to Development, Right to Protection, and Right to Participation.
The Right to Survival ensures the right to lead a healthy life . Under this right, the children are access to take

For families who are not economically sufficient enough to provide proper nutrition to their child, a special
scheme has been introduced for them by registering the children's name and allow them to access the
nutritional diet for better development and admit their children to the centres who avail facilities for children

kind of society. As we that for a child, it is a developing period , they are specially
vulnerable more than any adult, and have a poor living conditions which includes the
poverty, inadequate health care and not proper nutrition, safe water and proper housing
and related environmental pollution are their basic and fundamental rights to living and
they should be provided with all dignity and respect in the society they are living
(Montgomery, 2018).

more of attention giving their personal development and growth.
