of children and importance of the children's specific
rights.

Rationale
Early years learning framework promote children welfare and establish many rights regarding the children for
their physical and mental growth. Early Childhood Australia (ECA) has released some statements to support
and prevent the rights of young children.
Apart from right to education, there are many other rights for the children that every person should consider in
order to treat them better. The rights includes, the right to be heard, freedom from violence, abuse, and
neglect, the opportunity to thrive, engaged civics and citizenship, rights of action and accountability.
After Second World War, It is believed to be important to take some measures to bring peace to the world and
to effectively remove all the threats to save upcoming generation from the danger of the war.
