Project Brief: Introduction: The project is proposed for outlining the location of the construction site to develop the commercial office to run a business. Proposed construction location is located at 10 Kumutoto, Wellington. It is the intersection point of city and port. The site is available on behalf of redevelopment of the area. 5 floor building is going to be developed with the excessive features of car parking in the ground level and composed with basic amenities facilities (Ramanujan Education, 2016). Selection of site is done because of its prime location and large area space which is having capabilities to develop a big 5 layered architecture for running commercial business. Site condition and parameters Location: 10 Kumutoto, Wellington Building area: 300 metres Proposed area: Maximum area covered Floors: 5 floor building Place: Sea Edge Zone: Public Water front Nearby location: Markets are available all around the building Purpose The purpose of this project is to guide the client about the features of the construction site and measures the possible services provided. It helps in developing the contractual relationship with the client authorities. The construction site offer recreation of site location by developing multi-storey building which can be used for commercial purpose (Raz, Shenhar, and Dvir, 2011). It is located in the heart of city surrounded by the sea edge. It is shoreline area which increases transportation through ports. Public waterfront is used in the open space for beautifying the architecture.
