Determining the Role of Clinical Leaders in Quality Service Provision

The aim of this project is to determine the role of the clinical leader in rendering quality services by means of budgetary allocations. The scope of the current evaluation is based on analyzing the level of competence of a clinical leader in a health care setting, excluding cost-based analysis from healthcare settings. The project will identify the intended impact of the Clinical Leader in delivery of services and understand their role in NHS to determine budget.
