T-1.8.1 1.INTRODUCTION Change in any business requires prolonged management and skill based documentation process that depends on the nature of the task. Before implementing a change in the business process, it is required that all the aspects of implementation and its effects on the organization be checked before the system is implemented at all. The following report would be based on such a project for implementing change in the organization Online Services Integration Pty. Ltd. from the perspective of an IT Business Analyst. The project would be implemented in the organization to expand the previous operations of the organization within the web-hosting services includingservices integration to client’s different despatch and payment systems, multiple social media apps, highly digital media services and connectivity to different end-user devices. 2.Company Background and Business Plan The organization of Online Services Integration Pty. Ltd. has an office that can accommodate the administration staff and also the IT staff that can be made to look after the IT infrastructure. There has been a setup of a virtual office set over telecommunication that is spread around the globe other than the physical office. Since the virtual structure has set up a huge advantage over the physical one by not being limited to time zones or geographical boundaries, the organization has been planning to implement state of the art technology to promote the organization into e-commerce and other software solutions that would eliminate the limitations that physical structure of the organization possesses. This is expected to provide management and implementation of new technology to handle the huge number of working employees at any point of time irrespective of geographical location. It is expected that the newest implementation would help in increase the client service revenue, business net profit, invest minimum number of amount on research and development and reduce the IT infrastructure cost. However, the project is expected to abide by all the related works of the project by ethics and laws related to professional code of Project Management Implementation. This should include the related legislations, industry codes and standards applicable on the outcomes of the project. 3.Risk Management Analysis and Plan Before implementing a project for a installing a new business process the risk aspect must be analyzed so that these risks would further not be an obstacle for the process of implementation. This would instigate a number of risk factors including effective planning, Financial, Hardware/Server Services, Storage, Software, Networking and IT Labor.
