Research project is significant for entity which helps in understanding about importance of cloud
technology and role in supporting and increasing profits and income of firm. This report helps
investigators in finding utility of cloud technology in SMEs.

Role of cloud technology in business:
Cloud technology is shared pools which require configurable computer system resources and
services of high level that provisioned minimum management efforts over internet. It helps in sharing
of resources in order to achieve economies of scales. According to Jitender Tanwar (2018), cloud
technology helps in enhancement of organisation efficiency and communicating between customers,
employees and third parties. There are various roles which are played by cloud technology in business.
It offers various benefits to entity that allows to set up virtual office which gives flexibility in
connecting of enterprise with others.
Issues faced by Ensoft while implementing cloud technology:
According to Bharati and Chaudhury (2015), Ensoft has to encounter many issues while
extracting and storing data and information. As per Cloud Security Alliance Survey there are primary
issues holding back cloud adoption which are described below:
Security of Data- There are various threats which company has to face such as virus attack and
hacking of clients. This leads organisation to think a lot before adopting cloud technology for business.
As enterprise is transferring important details to other party so it should ensure about security and
manageability of cloud. Ensoft also faced problem because of hacking and anti virus of storing data and
information. This leads to disclose confidential data to other parties.
Various ways through which Ensoft can build cloud infrastructure within workplace:
According to Sheng Liang (2019), cloud technology are attractive which provide quick access
to business for installation, deployment and configuration of traditional physical infrastructure. It helps
in increasing competitiveness through flexibility, cost reduction, optimal resource utilization and

elasticity. It enhance ability for achieving business goal and objectives. This allows individuals and
companies to access computer program and information which is based at remote site.
