Coca Cola Amatil has been taken in the task. Coca Cola Amatil was incorporated in 1904 in Australia. The company provides non-alcoholic and alcoholic food and beverage products in the Asia Pacific. At the end some recommendations have been given to reduce and manage the political factors in the global market. There are approx. 14,000 employees working in the organization (Ccamatil, 2018). In today’s era, the company is expanding and exploring the business operations in a hassle free manner. Answer 1. Marketing Marketing concept is the philosophy and process that firms should analyse and determine the needs and requirements of their customers and make effective decisions to satisfy those needs and requirements in the global market. This is done by the company to beat the competitors in the international market. It is noted that Coca Cola Amatil uses various types of marketing concepts to attain the desired goals and objectives. Along with this, marketing process also plays a significant and vital role to attain the mission and vision successfully. The marketing process may be defined as deliberate series of steps to help the company determine and reach the desires goals and targets. It has been found that marketing process include for factors such as marketing mix, strategic marketing analysis, marketing implementation and marketing control (Burns, Bush&Sinha, 2014). It has been noted that Coca Cola Amatil uses marketing concept and process to improve and enhance the quality of production in the global market. One of the significant factor that affected the target of company is political factor. There are ample of political factors that need to be kept in mind while implementing and exploring the business activities globally. The political factors include corruption, instability of the government and poor economy of Australia affect the process and concepts of Coca Cola Amatil(Salmons, 2012). ChangesinestablishedlawsmightpreventandholdCocaColaAmatilfrom distributing drinks. Along with this, accounting taxes, changes in labor laws and internal marketing can also have direct impact on the functions and activities of Coca Cola Amatil. It is noted that the company should focus on the political factors to strive with competitors in a large extent. Coca Cola Amatil is operating and initiating in food, beverages and tobacco in more than dozen countries and flourish itself to various types of political environment and political system risks and challenges. In this way, the firm has been able to maximize the sales and outcomes in the international market. Training and development sessions shall be held by the organization to conduct a successfully and effective marketing survey and research.
