SUPPLIER’S CODE OF
CONDUCT

INTRODUCTION
Coca-Cola has formulated its code of conduct to enable its
employees serve the customers with the values that reflect the
values of the company
Code of Conduct provides a guiding path to the company to help
them be ethical and conduct itself morally
The company expects their suppliers to follow the same code of
conduct and anticipates that it can attain great heights of
achievements by following the path of ethics
The presentation intends to describe the overall standards
expected from all the suppliers

SUPPLIERS CODE OF
CONDUCT
Conflicts of Interest - The suppliers of the company are
prohibited from indulging in any act, or association, related to
money or otherwise, with any of the employees of the organization
which might lead to conflict with the employee’s duty to fulfil the
objectives of the company.
Gifts, Meals and Entertainment - The suppliers are prohibited
from giving anything apart from meal, humble gifts or recreation to
the employees of Coca-Cola.
