The shop is well-prepared through which it will be offering its customers with pastries and provides them with free books that can be read during their visit. Task 1 1.Business Plan The coffee shop plans to become selected as best coffee bar through local guides. The company will try to maintain the profits from its first three months of operation and maintain at least 55 to 60 percent of gross margin. The meeting plan highlights the store design that will be attractive to customers and that has been designed for the effective and fast operations. The recruitment strategy employs specific processes and selecting methods that cover different business aspects and this involves selection and recruitment methods and the business can achieve optimum success and profit margin. It is essential to identify what is wrong with the personnel and provide consultation with them. Gaps in Management Experience-Irrespective of manager and CEO experience in this given industry, company needs to retain the Expresso Services.
