• Defining supply chain collaboration- it’s a case
where two or more firms work together to
execute their plans in supply chain
operations(Cao & Zhang, 2011, p. 163).
• Supply chain collaboration helps to attain
cooperative strategy among the participating
organizations(Khadafi, 2017).

• Information sharing is one of the fundamental
aspects of coordination in a supply chain
