Part One
1. Completion of project by the June 1st project deadline
The project will be completed within June 1st which is the project deadline. The
project will finish on Friday, 03 May 2019 assuming it starts on September 4, 2016.
2. Duration of the project
The project will take 695 days to complete considering it starts on September 4, 2016.
3. Critical path(s) of the project
The critical paths of the project are listed as below:
1. A-E-F-P-Q-R-S-U-V
2. A-E-F-P-T-U-V
3. A-E-F-H-V
All the three paths have same duration and longest that is 695 days.
4. Acceptance of the contract
The company should accept the project as it has been determined that the project
could be completed within the deadline June 1st and it will be beneficial for the company. The
company will be able to gain net as much as $2 million profit from the project and
completion of this project will also increase their prospects for future projects.
